I have read all the opinions found about SbaFlex so far and I know what people are talking about and to be honest they are exaggerating. You go to the Netherlands for work, not on vacation, if you expect coconuts, a hotel with a swimming pool and exclusive driver for your private needs, give it up. It is enough to follow the rules and not to jump with every mistake of the office with the mouth and insults, you will not see the termination of the contract overnight. What a location, I've been to a few. In Loenen - Mrs. Wanda is a great elderly and helpful person, if of course you live well with her. If you smoke, do drugs, live anywhere and play music loudly and do not react to admonitions, do not be surprised that you have problems. It enters the room because the managers have this right in all locations - it is written in the lease agreement. When signing a contract, you must read it. Monastery in Tilburg - its biggest downside is that you can smoke pipes in the building. It is hard for a non-smoker to live like this. They have few toilets and showers for such a large number of people. And peace? Hmm ... It depends on the location of the room. I lived with my husband in a wing where it was relatively quiet and relatively little stink (from pipes). It is possible to live. It is definitely better than a worker's motel. Hoeven - holiday park. This location was the best I've had so far. A holiday home with three rooms. One on the oartase and two on the floor. Large spacious kitchen, living room, two bathrooms. A miracle, honey. I was sorry to leave after only two months (50 km to work so they moved us closer). I currently live in a hotel in Breda. Many things don't work properly (like heating or internet) but it's a new location and everything will come with time. It is important that it does not drip over your head and the wind does not blow. After removing the stove specialist, the temperature in the rooms is normalized every day. Not a lot of space to use, especially for two people, but there is your own fridge and toilet with shower and these two things are the most important to have your own. Each location has advantages and disadvantages, the present one is good.
I have worked in various companies and there are several positions in each of them. If you stick to one position, do not want to learn another position and refuse or ask for training, then you are not a valuable employee and there will be no hours for you. From Loenen I traveled 100 km one way day after day. Lives? Lives. It was very tiring but it was the company's requirement that the employees were outside of its town (the beginnings of covid). I asked my coordinator to be transferred to another location. With time it worked, I know that they did what they could to help us then. And many people got a transfer at the same time. Those who did not write an email and only complained stayed in Loenen. Everything can be arranged with the right approach and, above all, with kindness. There are situations when you have it at 8 am and your driver at 7 and you need to get up sooner for him to get to work. If it bothers you, buy your own car. You can check-in at many sba locations. In the city hall in NL, the employees speak English. Google translator helped me the first time. You can already buy a car with the registration. And you can afford one Solaris for commuting to work (pay for one week).
Everything (as in any agency) must be asked for, requested and reminded. They have so many people and thousands of e-mails every day that your single request can literally get lost. Of course, as in any larger company, the flow of information between employees is criminal (you call to report sickness, know that the phone itself is not enough, send an email confirming that you talked because someone forgets to tell you that you called). Every company has it, so there is nothing to be angry about, just remember about it and persistently ask for your (ask and not threaten).
A big ADVANTAGE of the agency is that if you don't work, you don't pay for an apartment.
Summing up all pros and cons, I recommend this agency with a clear conscience. Believe me, you can find worse agencies. This one is pretty cool.
