Muhammad Al-Sawi designed the project, started building it, and conceptualized the access methods he had developed for the center with the assistance of other colleagues. Should get 0 stars. There is nothing for visitors to see or do. It appears to be a party venue..the cashier wasn't able to successfully tell us anything, so this is what we managed to work out. Might be great for Egyptians, but not for foreigners.

nice place for attending concerts, cultural sessions, however it started not to care about the quality as before plus they are selling tickets no matter if the place can afford this number of attendees or not
