El Sawy Culture Wheel is the first and most widespread private cultural center in Egypt today and a model for cultural entities in the post-governmental era. The center is located in Zamalek Island in Cairo.
There are plastic exhibitions and sculpture works. Poetry evenings began with concerts and then solo on special evenings. El Sakia recently organized a festival inspired by the idea of the Okaz Poetry Market under the name of "Okaz Poetry".

The center provides theatrical, cinematic and musical performances, and organizes plastic exhibitions for both senior artists and youth. The waterwheel contains a library divided into four sections: a public library, a children's library, an electronic library and a music library. It contains sections to teach the basic principles of many types of arts such as painting. Sakia hosts seminars and workshops in its halls, both at the literary and scientific level. In addition to presenting theatrical performances, the Center organizes competitions in the theater field.

This is in addition to the various cultural, religious, scientific and artistic symposiums that are held, such as the symposium of communications for the Scientific Society of Telecommunications Engineers and held monthly.
