Service quality has deteriorated over the years. Being on a business trip, the experience at the time of checking in was horrible. Too many trainees who were not properly briefed and no experienced manager was on hand.
In fact, after making this known to the guest relations officer, I was told that the manager will call me immediately. Despite the passage of 5 hours, no one called. At the time of settlement of the bill, I again mentioned my experience for which an apology was given. Overall, not a good experience.

The hotel is located in a central area with access to a very nice public beach. The breakfast excellent, the service and cleaning excellent. I recommend renting a car to get to know the island, it's worth it
Establishment with quality service It is certainly the big complex but very well located in Beauvallon on the edge of a nice beach and not very far from Victoria Quality food rooms of 60m2
From chekin to stay , everything was just perfect , nice rooms beautiful beaches , worth the price . At the reception Ms Gelina gave me early checkin .
Beautiful resort set on a beautiful beach with a mountain background. Amazing pool and the best part was the ever friendly and helpful staff. Beau Vallon is the most lively and a lovely place to stay in Mahe, don't hesitate to book this hotel.
Amazing hotel! The staff is very attentive, the location and the close proximity to the beach are perfect. Best beach for sunsets! Rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom is amazing , and the beds are very comfy. Upon request you can get a feather pillow if you need one. The ONLY small thing, I could complain if I wanted to, would be the speed of the internet connection. But otherwise this is a great place to stay!
Wow it an amazing place where to relax and very comfortable place it a really nice hotel and staff only willing to help the room are very clean and tidy witches perfect fabulously comfortable and cleaning delicious breakfast-friendly helpful staff what more could you want!..had a funtastic stay at (SAVOY HOTEL) Seychelles very nice staying
This is an amaizng resort , excellent food quality Superb quick service Would love to go again n again here... Thanks soo much savoy n Seychelles for the wonderful trip
Wonderful hotel with very kind staff. The WiFi connectivity is very poor and slow, many websites are filtered and those which are allowed are barely loading
The hotel is located directly on the lively beach promenade of Beau Vallon. There are few places on the island where there is so much vibrant life in the afternoons and evenings. In the evening, especially on the weekends, the young people make their loudspeakers converted to loud speakers, a cheerful peculiarity of the locals, which is barely audible in the nearby hotel and did not bother us. The hotel complex and the whole garden area with pool are clean and are served by very friendly staff. The rooms are modern and mostly have a nice view to the sea. The pool area is absolutely generous and tastefully laid out. What we especially enjoyed: There is never a lack of beach chairs, even if, as in our stay outside the main season, the hotel is well booked.
As had booked room / breakfast with half board, which we would absolutely recommend in the face of the proud prices (65 per person), which would have to be paid separately for the dinner. We were very satisfied with the breakfast and the dinner. If you like street food, it is very well served on the mentioned beach promenade.
Perfect place to stay in Beau Vallon. Breakfast is amazing and rooms super spacious and cozy !! The pool is incredible and the beach right across the road.
Place is amazing, people, food, rooms, pool and especially gym which is important for me. Everything was great!!! Recommend to all to go there and have a good rest!
Beautiful adults spa with beautiful spa and beautiful pool. The decoration and the interior very much Balinese and rooms have beautiful view of the sea and pool. But, its separated from the beach by a pedestrian path and its public beach, nice beach and also worth the visit but there arent beds for the hotel only, they are shared by others. The service, the food, the interiors are wonderful though and the bar is very beautiful too
A great place to spend your holidays. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful decorated rooms, with a special design on the bathroom and closet that you don't usually see in other hotels. Daily cleaning service and a trigger in the afternoon in case you needed something more! Towels provided for the pool and the beach as well as beach beds.
It was authentic, it has everything you need and very neat, cozy and quiet environment. The staffs are very helpful as well. Expensive yes but they can do better for the price lol
Fantastic place to stay while in the Seychelles. The hotel is in beautiful grounds and you can see the mountain in the backdrop. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We arrived at 08:30 am and check in was easy and luckily our room was ready so we didn't have to wait until the official check in time of 2pm. You are taken to your room with your luggage by buggy. Please be aware on check in they do ask for 50 euro per day of your stay as a deposit. You are able to then charge things to your room. If you decide not to leave a deposit you will have to pay your bill by cash at the restaurant or Spa etc. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They try to help and always greet you well. There are three restaurants onsite. The buffet breakfast at the Grand Savoy is very good. We also went to the Gecko Bar which was good. The other restaurant is the Pescado. I would say the choice for vegetarians could be better all round at all the restaurants. The pool is very nice and spacious. There is also another pool at the Spa and gym facilities. I would definitely recommend the treatments at the Spa. The grounds and the whole hotel are kept clean and tidy at all times. The Beau Vallon beach is right there and is a wonderful beach. Clear turquoise water and the sand is so fine. There are other restaurants and supermarkets nearby outside the hotel complex. Check out was easy too. We had a wonderful stay here and I would highly recommend a stay at The Savoy while in the Seychelles.
Really pleasant place. We stopped over for 2 nights on the way back from a 'babymoon' holiday. The hotel was very clean, bright and relaxing. The swimming pool was amazing and the staff friendly. It's also right by the local beach and great eating spots so perfect for an evening stroll. Reasonably priced especially if you are island hopping.
The resort is good but very funny that the dinner is included in the package but u have to purchase drinking water bottles @US Dollar 7.00 per bottle. The room service and housekeeping are worse. Not value for money
Savoy resort and Spa is a beautiful place for everyone and anyone who loves life. The environment is serene and very welcoming. The people are hospitable. I love the rooms and the landscape. The management of the Resort are exceptional. Savoy is the best choice for all. I love the food, fresh Snapper fillet , octopus and lobsters grilled at my request with potato puree.
Great hotel, for human price, super clean, relaxed nice Spa, restaurant are good with big breakfast area. Restaurant Pescado where you can select you fresh fish and decide how cool you like.
This is a beautiful resort right on the beach. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The food (HP) is excellent. Many thanks to the whole team.
Organization between services more than zero. The room manager very unpleasant. Services not included are overpriced. Repetitive meals all week. A hotel to avoid.
Nice and relatively new, beach resort. I spent a week here. The architecture (exteriors and interiors) is pleasant but not very original. It's a typical international chain hotel with all the usual perks of an high-end place. It has reasonable Wi-Fi (a bit slow but good enough for email, messaging and phone browsing). It's available everywhere, including at the beach. The room service tends to hit at nap time, at least in my room at the end of the corridor. The restaurants and bar are good. The breakfast is good. The restaurant service tends to be a bit slow, although pleasant. At breakfast is very efficient, though. The concierge and guest services are good. The beach is OK, although at high tide on full moon it gets very narrow, unless one moves away from the area of the hotel. There are chaise longs for hotel guests and drinks on the beach if that is your thing. The beach is wheel chair accessible.
There are two scuba diving centers 5 to 10 walk from the hotel in both directions. There are boating sports centers nearby. In the south tip of the beach, 60 to 70 meters from the shore, there's a coral reef good for snorkeling. But one as to cross a shallow sea grass expensive area. There are several restaurants nearby as well. And there is a small fair, sometimes a bit noisy. Noisy is also the grass cutting but... It's needed. In general I found the whole Seychelles experience a bit pricey but there are cheaper options, as I understood.
