Very nice hotel
very friendly staff

Definitely not 5*. You have to ask at least 3 times for a bar of soap, to fix your safe, basics! Service is terrible. Order a coffee and it takes 30 mins at least. 6 nights of noise from locals kids in cars with beat box music blaring away outside your block and the hotel can't do anything about it.

Nice clean and relaxing with a wonderful beach, don't forget to visit the market just next to the resort

Fantastic location on the public Beau Vallon Beach on Mahe Seychelles with a view of the Indian Ocean and beautiful sunsets in the evening. From our terrace it was very impressive to see the Seychelles fruit bats circling in the evening before they looked for a place to rest in the trees on the beach.
Professional management under Derek Barbe, Local from Mahe / Seychelles, speaks fluent German and friendly staff: Concierge Buddy and the entire restaurant.
The rooms and the area are quite clean. Beds can be made new every day on request. The air conditioning in the suite is modern.
Breakfast great.
Dinner good with reservations.
Room: We had a wonderful Ocean View Suite 3211 with a 20m2 terrace facing the sea and on the side.
Pool area with soft mattresses and free towels.

Great hotel, had a week. They only took breakfast, which is just super! The beach is 2 minutes walk, the view from the room to the mountains, the territory is quite large. The pool, according to the staff, is the largest in the Seychelles)
I put 4 for, in my opinion, a little dilapidated appearance of the territory, and irregular efficiency in cleaning the rooms) then the towels will forget something else. Shouldn't be in the top five

What can I say about that place..truly beautiful totally worth to your money..food to staying everything is in good manner.only thing Is that it's far from Seychelles airport.but for beautiful thing you have to wait.

A true 5* experience. The staff and management give this hotel its true hospitality.

A little hit the hotel despite the fact that prices are all exorbitant. And let the pseudo-rich do not cower: expensive. I know what I'm writing about. But for the sake of the ocean and nature, you can visit such a place once a year. Until mankind has completely ruined everything.

I went with my parents and my mother ended up cheating on my father with a worker, the worker got fired and I found out I was adopted, Great hotel though!!

Excellent service. But despite booking sea view rooms, we couldn't see the sea properly.

Enjoy Savoy second year in a row. Great hospitality, perfect food, clean rooms, the pool and beach are great. All of the staff are professional and so kind.

Excellent property, big rooms, good service, attentive

We had a rest here in February 2020, lived in a suite on the 2nd floor overlooking the sea. In general, everything is perfectly green territory of the hotel, the sea is near (a good clean bottom without corals), several good restaurants on the territory. But even with the naked eye you can see that the hotel needs repairs - the upholstery of the sofa in the room is all stained, the pillows on the terrace on the sofa are torn, the shower in the room kept on dispensing, etc.

Very nice. Not very crowded. Stayed in a room with an amazing balcony. Ok view. Very fun pool. Not the best place in the seychells... But good for a night or two on the main island. Kids club is a good option. Beach was public. But good. Fun walk to a couple local food joints. Tbey try to impress and it shows... But some frustrations. Cable would cut out... Kitchen wasnt stocked... Had to pay for plates and utensils...

We spend very nice days in the hotel, although the weather is currently not playing along - it's raining heavily, but it's warm. The beautiful, clean facility, the great room and the very friendly staff create a very pleasant atmosphere.

The chef, Kamal, conjures up very tasty dishes that not only taste good, but are also attractively presented. Here, too, as in the whole hotel, friendly and courteous staff. We would love to come back!

Our trip to the Seychelles was one of the most memorable trips we ever had! However we were very disappointed with our experience at the Savoy, the service was not up to the standards, the beach access was very complicated and not as expected, the food was very disappointing. The hotel has a very nice pool but apart from that we expected way more!

Beautiful resort beautiful rooms. Great location very helpful staff. Lovely Egyptian man at reception named Abdelfattah was brilliant. He sorted us out with lots of excursions meals etc. Give this man a raise!

A unique beach, the sea as in the Caribbean but with spectacular views and a series of excursions to enjoy, very good

Nestled in the beautiful vegetation of the Seychelles, this resort is perfection if you are looking for a piece of paradise in the world. The structure is magnificent, the commendable cleanliness and the very kind staff. There may be some difficulties for those who only speak Italian, but they will not abandon you. Opposite, just a short walk from the outdoor bar is the lovely Beau Vallon beach, where I had the best baths of my life. If you choose this situation for your holiday, you will have a Tuesday in the period of your stay, because in the evening the inhabitants of the island organize a typical market where you can taste their local delicacies with a magnificent sunset!

Location great - on the beach - beautiful grounds - not a lot to do. Very helpful staff. Rooms really nice. Always a but.... Buffet is very expensive - running out if you arrive late - variety and quality not great. Better option is to eat next door in the Coral Strand at much better prices too.

The Savoy Resort and Hotel in Seychelles The Mahi area is one of the best options in terms of luxury, location, service, swimming pool, beach and restaurants.

Very nice hotel attention all the services are yours loaded. No animation in the evening especially when you are part of a group. Place for retirement.

The worst hotel ever! The service that this hotel had provided us was a completely disaster from day one till we left the hotel. The room was smelly , dirty, messy and uncomfortable! The food being served in their restaurant was blunt, overcooked, cold, no taste at all. fish was not fresh and burnt, the chocolate fondant/volcano was very dry ! Me and my husband was so disappointed of our stay in this hotel.we will never come back for sure

Large and nice hotel. Suitable for families. Near a nice beach. Good food and not expensive. Well suited (small) Gym and SPA. Wifi is very slow and frustrating.

Beware the sand flies in the beach. Those nasty invisible flies are lethal. The hotel is fantastic, the team go out of there way to provide you with veggie dishes. The views from the balcony are amazing. I loved the pool and all the facilities in the resort.

Beautiful place, in front of the sea. Prices in line with Seychelles...all high...it's better to go eat around the city, 65 for a buffet that is mainly vegetables...
Anyway...Seychelles are Seychelles so...it is worth..
The rooms are beautiful, big and service is perfect...
And in front of about 4 km of shore, with a beautiful show...

Excellent hotel! Gorgeous, clean, modern and the hospitality is awesome. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The beach is a 3 minute walk from the rooms and a 7 min walk from town. Loved the bottomless mimosa breakfast buffet.

Loving the Savoy so far....

Fantastic ambience. The rooms are very well done and the decor is lovely. Not too much, not too little. And they are quite large.

Breakfast options were quite varied. It's a buffet breakfast. My wife loved the fruits. I'm a starch guy so my focus was more on the pastries.

The pancakes didn't have too much sugar. The cakes were great. The smoothies lovely

The service isn't over the top but thats Seychelles for you.

Top Hotel at the Beau Vallon Beach. Wonderful garden and pool. Guests from the "Coral Strand" can use the pool and sun chairs (same owner).

Lovely staff. Rooms kept tidy. Excellent pool area. Concierge has a nice portfolio of trips that collect from Hotel. Food excellent. Right on the beach. Staff couldnt do more for you. Rooms well air conditioned, nice balconies. Good selection of films in room. Bathroom very nice. 5*

Very nice pool area, but a bit neglected. The garden grows wild, but also has its charm. Unfortunately, the flooring at the pool, wood, badly worn and we, especially our children, have brought us many splinters. Great pool bar, friendly service, good selection.

Relaxing and quiet place with a large garden and a nice pool.
The room is a quite comfortable, spacious and cozy suite with a large terrace with good views of the gardens and the pool.
The SPA and its relaxation area very nice and very spacious and well organized with a pool and a hammock area. Very nice and charming staff. They showed us all the areas giving a comprehensive explanation of the place.
The big fault of the hotel was the breakfast service.
Staff with little information about what is a good 5 star service.
Lack of organization.
No person in charge or head of breakfasts who leads the team.
On several occasions they have not approached to greet you with a good morning or offer you a table for breakfast and we had to go to find the table sets and the rest of the material to be able to prepare the table ...
CRETE could be a breakfast attendant bordering on rudeness and impoliteness with rather unpleasant treatment. Although the last day he tried to do his best.
They forget the drinks or do not come to ask, having to insist that they attend you.

Things are always missing from the buffet and they take a long time to replenish.
It is a pity that a good hotel fails in something as important as the breakfast service where the client does not have to start their day angry or demanding what should be normal.
We asked to speak to the F&B manager but instead of listening to us and giving us an explanation for the lack of professionalism, they simply brought us a bottle of champagne to our room.
If breakfast service changes it would be a great hotel. Very pleasant and efficient reception staff as well as the security guards always with a pleasant smile.

It will be comfortable until the next 5 days ... hehehe ...

We felt comfortable there. Drinks a bit expensive. But there are small supermarkets in the vicinity.

We are visiting Savoy Spa as members. Its nice SPA with fitness and pool. Very convenient.

Very nice hotel. We spent a total of 5 nights in the hotel. You can do a lot in the area and discover many delicacies. We would come again.

Nice Resort great location but..beverages not included in half board menu extreamly expensive. Local excursions go with a tour company the private taxi's are a big rip off. Maximize on the Champagne you get at breakfast since everything else is so expensive.
