Do not let the lack of reviews of Arte Bella on google scare you away. If you head over to Angie's List you will find that they have over 95 5-star reviews. Arte Bella is the best in the Tri-City area. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but the best. Again, over 95 5-star reviews on Angies list. That is quite the achievement because people on that site care more than the layman about quality and are willing to pay a monthly fee to see reviews. So I am here, on google, giving a review because I do not think that you should have to pay a fee to find out about Arte Bella. Also, they are now based out of Kingsport and not Johnson City.

I have used Arte Bella 3 times over the last 3 years. My projects have been indoor and outdoor, baseboard to the ceiling and ranged from about $400 to over $10,000. I have been more than impressed every time. I have been always pleased to see how much care they take when covering your furniture and taping off areas before beginning work. They can literally take hours just prepping an area. They don't charge by the hour so do not worry.

Ms. Maria; the owner, does a great job of retaining employees also. I have had the same individual repair my drywall over the last 3 years and it says a lot about a company when they can retain employees. They also respect your house. They clean and clean again every time they finish for the day and will ask your input about leaving any materials onsite before doing so. They can provide great conversation or be a fly on the wall. They do not require a homeowner to be present. I have run errands and even taken a vacation with Arte Bella having access to my home. Lights turned off, doors locked and furniture moved back as best as they could recall if you where. They arrive early around 8am to start work everyday and will work around your family as best as possible. If your toddler is sleeping, they will use a broom instead of a shop-vac. Little details such as that are common when around Arte Bella's employees.

So before you just look at the number of reviews of any drywall repair or painters OR take a leap of faith and call a number from the side of a van you have seen while stopped in traffic, take the time to call Ms. Maria. She is very direct, personable and upfront about the process. She has always given me an itemized list of costs within a week of her initial walk through. She does require a deposit but that speaks more to her professionalism and quality of service than locking you into a deal. She and her company are more than worth your business.
