Save Home Heat came out to troubleshoot an error that we were getting on our Boiler. We had no heat or hot water in our home due to this. They quickly were able to detect the fault code and reset the limit switch and the boiler started working again. They were profession and courteous.
We needed a sprinkler shut-off valve replaced, and Nick from Save Home Heat was on time, arrived when he said he would, kept his mask and booties on the whole time he was inside the house, and completed the job quickly, cleanly, and without any problems.
Nick Wright with Save Home Heat was able to troubleshoot and repair our smoke alarm and CO2 system which is connected to our home alarm system. He was kind and professional. He made sure to wear Covid-19 protection (mask & gloves) while in the home and used the booties around his shoes when entering the house. We were impressed with his expertise in the matter and was able to resolve our issue.

Jeremy arrived early (imagine that, during the aftermath of a snowstorm), but by the time he arrived, our water heater had reignited on its own. Since he had to charge me the trip charge, he offered to do whatever else we might need, and I asked if he could inspect the furnace. He did a thorough job, and cleaned the heat sensor. We got our money's worth, and it was a very pleasant experience. Fine help, fine company!

The installers were awesome! They were kind, friendly, professional, and efficient. I was luck that they are so efficient because they were able to get me on the schedule a week early and get my house warm again. Will use this company again!
The gentlemen who serviced our heating system were very experienced, speedy with their work and provided excellent costumer service. As home owners, we wanted to understand our heating system better, and they both took their time to explain things in laymen's terms so we have a better understanding how our condenser heater works. Anyone who is reading this review is probably deciding if Save Home Heat will be your best choice. As someone who just used their service, I recommend them. You might find cheaper, but I doubt you'll find the experience and peace of mind that your home is safe and healthy.
