Donovan and his crew did outstanding work. The install looks professional and works just as promised. I am more than impressed with the entire Cooper organization. From Terry in Sales to Donovan and his crew, everyone was 100% professional and a pleasure to work with. I was not expecting to purchase a new furnace and air conditioning this week but between Costco and Cooper, they sure made things easy. You realize when your heat goes out that some will try and take advantage of your situation "and location" and others have integrity like Cooper. A big thanks to everyone!

Cooper is one of the most professionally-run businesses I've ever worked with. Even after 12 years they had our information on file and were right on the dot with an estimate. Got the install done quickly too. Very sharp group. Always quality and worth every penny.

We were very impressed with the professionalism of the crew, from the original team member, Riley, who came out to see what our needs were and provide a quote, to Victor, Gotham, Ali, and more who performed the actual install. They were super respectful of our property, always careful to put down drop cloths to protect our floors, from the front door all the way to the utility room, and cleaning up well after themselves each day of our 2-day job. It was well-coordinated from the installers to the plumber and electrician everything happened in order. Our new AC, furnace, steam whole-house humidifier, and water heater are great. Overall a job well done, would definitely use them again!

They ran a gas line for us which is such a long process because you have to deal with the city and power company, but they made the whole process pretty painless. We had Johnathan do the work and he was extremely polite and respectful of our home. They had him come out for every visit, so we really got to know and trust him. I would 100% recommend these guys!

Been a Cooper customer for almost 15 years for furnace, A/C, water heater. They do all of our maintenance, repairs, and also had them install humidifer and air purifier this year. They are always super professional, courteous and competent. Definitely an integral and trusted member of our home maintenance/improvement roster. In particular, their communication and responsiveness are second to none. During COVID, I've appreciated their mindfulness.

These guys are the absolute best. They installed 2 HVAC systems in my house. They were so professional and friendly. They cleaned everything even the finger prints on the walls. They covered all the floors with tarps. I can not describe how good they are. Asked for Riley if you need estimates. The prices were more than competitive. I would recommend them to everyone.

Our experience with Cooper was amazing. They arrived on time, installed a new furnace, cleaned up after themselves and left. Here are two things that they did that earned a customer for life. Installed on a Saturday with less than 24 hours notice and despite the extra work getting a thermostat to work the price quoted was the end price paid. Worth every penny. My hot water heater died on Saturday morning; by Sunday afternoon I had a new water heater installed and running! The technicians were so nice, respectful; they cleaned up after themselves, they took away and recycled the old water heater, answered all my questions and were totally professional. I definitely recommend them! I got their name from a friend who also had a great experience.
