I highly recommend Save Home Heat. I really appreciate that they always sent pictures of the people that were coming to do the work. It was very reassuring for me. I was very impressed with everyone I worked with throughout what was a very stressful situation for me -frozen pipes, new boiler. They were all so kind and patient. I very much appreciated how I was kept in the loop as to what needed to be done. Gabe called me regularly with updates and was incredibly kind and empathetic to my situation. Very grateful for all he did. Russ was diligent about keeping me informed as to the different stages of work being done and was very patient and professional when he answered all my questions. So nice to work with someone who took time explaining what was happening. I am very grateful for the knowledge and expertise that they both exhibited. Excellent representatives for this company!! Everyone in the office was very efficient as well. Very responsive and prompt and all incredible kind. Great experience all around.
