Nice, calm, one shop stop place for technical buddies !! What a view! You'll love the environment here. Well, it's a plaza of IT techs and banks, but mostly you'll find everything here. Need to spend weekends with some activities and not sitting in hostel, come here!! Swimming pool, pool table, other sports, everything you'll find here.
Hey, north people's, missing on to that tasty and crispy food with extra spices? Technopark - CLC building top floor is your destination. You'll get a good stuff there. If not, Domino's is there, so you can atleast have a change. Must visit place for trainee candidates who are here for short period.
In evening time you'll get to ser the whole kazhakuttam from the CLC building as it's a huge building, probably one of the biggest nearby, so have a look.

Calm and peaceful tech park. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxed work life you should be joining some company in this tech park. Very less traffic and lots of eateries around too.

Only one thing to say about this place, ITS AN OTHER WORLD. This is the place holidays doesn't matter, if you know what I mean

Staff attitude at gates are not good. Public washrooms are very bad, no charging port for electric cars.

One of the best IT campuses in Kerala. It is state of the art and it is just awesome. There is vibe which cannot be replaced. Apart from this, frequent concerts and outdoor events are taking place inside the campus which makes it lively. A life inside a park is different than that of others and it is a dream of every IT aspirant to live and work inside one of these campuses.

This is Phase 3. Good Road , superb parking , very near to Railway station , Airport and mall of travancore, everything inside a 15km.
