Better place to start a technology business in Kerala

We can easily identify this place.. where all TCS buildings are located.

Nice green place with good facilities.. u will enjoy working here.

IT park in Trivandrum. More companies than other IT parks in Kerala. A big campus with good roads. Surrounded by trees which provide enough shade to walk around, this must be one of the most beautiful IT parks in India.

I prefer security should be little more tight. They have to check each vehicle which enters into the campus

Very huge buildings. Has milma booth and Domino's Pizza hut. Just came here for a visit. Even school and hotel is present inside this complex. Really large complex. I was impressed with the large buildings. Has amphitheatre and a small pond. This is a workplace and not a tourist place.

It has greenery and some neat looking buildings but on closer inspection most of the older buildings look quite shabby and in need of fresh paint. Claims to be smoking free but is absolutely not. The parking lot and the back of Gayathri building for instance is a smoker's paradise. It's no big secret but all concerned turn a blind eye. Don't even get me started on the stray dog menace! Suffice to say that the next stray dog attack incident in Trivandrum will most probably be some hapless techie.

Greenest place. Enjoy the scenic view during rainy season there's a smoking zone at the terrace of Bhavani building backside of Rangoli restaurant

Difficult to find parking after 9:30am. Authorised entry at main gates, camera surveillance, food courts, snack bars, club, gym, etc.

One of the biggest IT park in the world."FAlCON" Cables have landing center in #Trivandrum ,which is also an added advantage for information technology companies.

Trivandrum Techno Park is one of the Most well maintained n clean n tight security place

Visited once and felt this is an ideal place for startup firms.

Car parking

The campus is kept in a good condition through the last two decades. It has become extremely crowded here, however it is still a better tech park than anything in Bangalore in terms of cleanliness, accessibility and greenery.
