It was very impressive to talk to the customer support services and above all their responsiveness and the progressive solutions they provided. I had a problem with my device which might have been because of the old version of the map. To my surprise, they delivered the new version of the map within a day with help from the technical staff who checked my device and made some correction to it. They also did not charge anything for the extra service. Thank you very much for the excellent and a very prompt support.
