Great live performances and cocktails.perfect way to unwind

The stay was 5 star but when checking out was told to pay what we consumed in the fridge which we thought was supposed to be taken care by Turkish airline!

High and best standard 5star hotel. Great buffet food and awesome services.

Beautiful place to be to wine and dine in Nairobi's CBD

The food is great! I absolutely love their gym, if you like clean gym bathrooms this place is it! Four stars cause their rooms are a trip down memory lane for the price but are clean and cosy. The location is great cause it is in the centre of the CBD. Not forgetting they have a heated pool!

Fine hotel, but situated in a busy part of town and the cafe is consequently very noisy. Not cheap, but it is 5 star.

You'll love it. Tranquil, exquisite service, take a stroll through memory lane with its long British history through the colonial times, sumptuous food and very accessible in the middle of town. Corporates love it and frequented by lots of tourists as well.

We came here for eating and swimming on the roof. Exellent food and relaxing place.

For a five star hotel I expected more. I was there for dinner with my brothers on Thursday 10th May 2017. Welcoming was great. The food arrived before the table was set with the right cutlery. There were no napkins on the table. We had to ask and wait for the right cutlery. It took unacceptably long. The food itself was great. Dessert wasn't offered. Dont ever assume your dining customers wont require dessert.

Once we were done dining no-one bothered to get feedback from us on our experience. How for heaven's are you going to improve if you don't bother to gauge your customers satisfaction level?? How? Unless you dont care about improving in which case you will continue losing customers.

Very impressed with the Sarova Stanley. The level of 5 star service it affords its guests is hard to find these days. I have never met a concierge staff member who has more attention to detail and a blind focus on providing exceptional excellence than Steve, the head of concierge. He has deservedly won several awards and I was literally blown away with the AMAZING way he handled my constant and most unusual requests. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was able to successfully deliver superior service and took care of everything I requested with a smile. I would highly recommend a stay at the hotel just to meet Steve and watch him perform his magic! The hotel driver, Charles, is a professional and gifted man and I was so happy when he managed to get me to each of my destinations safely, on time and with a smile. This hotel provides rooms and service at the highest standards and I look forward to returning there!

The hotel possess Elegant facilities at the center of Nairobi Business District. Their meals are also great.

Historical hotel with truly 5 star service and accommodations. We have been in every type of room: deluxe, club deluxe, the Karen Blixen suite and the Presidential suite. All of the rooms are up to date and spacious. John, kind of the hotel ambassador, showed us around the hotel, telling us of its storied past. He knew everything about the Sarova Stanley. We especially liked the ceiling fan system (that still operates) in the Exchange Bar. His enthusiasm and the welcome we received from Sarah at the front desk and Duncan who runs the whole show, convinced us to check out of the nearby Hilton and move into the Stanley. It was the right move!

The security is well managed and they have ensured the COVID 19 guidelines are well followed.
