For a five star hotel I expected more. I was there for dinner with my brothers on Thursday 10th May 2017. Welcoming was great. The food arrived before the table was set with the right cutlery. There were no napkins on the table. We had to ask and wait for the right cutlery. It took unacceptably long. The food itself was great. Dessert wasn't offered. Dont ever assume your dining customers wont require dessert.

Once we were done dining no-one bothered to get feedback from us on our experience. How for heaven's are you going to improve if you don't bother to gauge your customers satisfaction level?? How? Unless you dont care about improving in which case you will continue losing customers.
