Good hotel for conference and excellent service was specifically impressed on how they handle item left behind by participants. Was able to easily get my left item 3 weeks after the conference. Kudos

And you gotta pay for second helpings,

It is a very friendly 5 star hotel which is located in the Nairobi Central Business District (CBD). On the the most iconic building near this place that can help in locating it, is the KICC (Kenya International Conference Centre). They offer a lot of services like conference halls, Accomodations, banqueting,Food and beverages and a lot more. Their staff are very open, respectful and friendly, always ready to help. You can also trust to get your money's worth when it comes to their food and drinks, so exquisite and tasty. It might be expensive, but considering it's a 5 star hotel in the centre of one of the most busiest cities, it is understandable. Hope you enjoy your stay there and enjoy all they have to offer.

Its a Sarova franchise so international standards here just to say the least. International prices too BTW. Otherwise its quite an exquisite place.

Sarova pan Africa is one of the most classic 5star hotels in Nairobi. It has I believe two restaurants, a bar, swimming pool and humble parking and very secured. The security at the place is very good from the entrance to even the rooms. It s located at a very nice place. It has quite many halls where you can hold events or meetings. Their food is heavenly and the staff at the hotel are very warm hearted people.

I stayed in Sarova Panafric until last week. I stayed for two weeks and during check out I didn t get invoice for anything. For both my room service and final room invoice. I was informed that the system was down during that time and so they ll email me the invoices. I haven t received it until now, kindly share the invoice for both room service and final checkout(taxi and laundry).

The sarova group of hotels are always up to standard and so this one is the food is great especially the tamarind sauce the serve as a dipping. Conveniently located 10-15mins to CBD. The rooms could use a little updating though

Amazing food,warm reception,cool refreshing environment

The customer care of this hotel is amazing. Top notch! The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel is very clean. I am enjoying my stay. My fridge wasn't working well, I had it replaced immediately and when it still didn't work, they changed me to an apartment suite. The security personnel located in the floor lobbies were also very helpful.
