It's a good hotel by Kenyan standards. Rooms are clean and smell pleasant. It pays to have the rewards membership as you get better rooms. Though the staff are friendly service is really slow and check out in the morning took long and we had to rush to airport in the end. It's got a very nice pool and deck hood for chilling, resting, working or drinks. Food was not amazing but ok.

Great location in Nairobi. The staff was overwhelmingly welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean but average in terms of decor/aesthetic. The restaurant in the hotel had exceptional breakfast, with a variety of cereals, hot dishes, juices and coffee. Wifi was adequate. The hotel is helpful in getting cabs set up if you need them.

I didn't like the room they gave me. It was in the back end with a poor view. The gateman was rude on the second day after I took time to pay the cab driver. I have been there before and their cuisine at breakfast was much better than what I found this time.

This is one of the strategic hotels to reside in when in Nairobi. The hotel has good food, nice and neat rooms plus friendly staff. Their security checks are friendly and thorough. There is limited parking spaces and at times they get full and one has to plan earlier. Their swimming pool is clean and some rooms have views facing this direction. The bar is nice and attracts corporate and business clients in Nairobi. There are occasional traffic jams at the entrance during peak times and getting to the hotel during rash hours can be tricky.
