I am spending three days here and the people here are very Warm and hospitable and highly professional. The place has warm water in the bathroom, Wi-Fi and swimming pool, however as a Ugandan there is not any matoke for me which made me home sick.

Stayed here with my colleagues when we were in Nairobi on a training. We got a deal so we didn t have to pay too much for the room.

Didn t have any complaint really. One time that I mistakenly left the do not disturb tag on my room door throughout the day, they went in anyway to clean the room. They left a nice note though to say they had to go in to clean the room for my health and safety or so. Lol.

Very personal experience with Sarova. Always comes through where and when other hotels fall short. Staff at management level are especially in tune with customer needs.

Dinner at the hotel was well set, service fantastic. One waiter however spilled wine on a guest.

Friendly staff & a Great restaurant. Great hotel just outside CBD. 20 minutes walk beats the always heavy traffic. Did I say "a great restaurant", go for an meal even if you're not a guest.

A good authentic Sarova experience. If attending a meeting beware the parking lot gets really full but there are staff members on hand to assist with moving vehicles around.

Their outdoor setup upstairs is a touch of class, you wouldn't believe you are still in Nairobi,and the pool makes it even better. Their food is great. And that's what matters most. Great customer service too.
