Worst company ever. Which I could change to another company:/

Just had a fairly complicated request that was handled with ease. I also have a micro fit project that I worked with these guys on and everything went without a single problem. I have nothing but praise for the technicians and customer service at this location. Thank you very much!

I called to notify of some account changes/ additions. The attendant answered immediately, was polite, easy to understand, went out of her way to explain which billing choice would be best for me and had my initial request completed in next to no time :-) Of all of the utility changes I have made this week, this was by far the smoothest and most professional.

Shouldn't even be given any stars. We let them walk all over us yet their employees won't help friends or family. Employee need to strike we need to shut this down. This company is too greedy and is stealing from us!

Just moved to the area and had a phone conversation with an extremely rude customer service rep. She decided that it was appropriate to laugh at me for asking questions. 0/5 stars.

Shut off power for planned repairs in minus temps ... why cant this be done in warmer weather

customer service is terrible. wish i could go with another company... ridiculous no help at all. and getting information and billing wrong and blaming me while i have never been late with a bill....
