I like the idea of the rplate which is why I ordered it. The only problem is that when I placed the order the confirmation said it would be programmed and sent within 1-3 business days. It is now 11 business days, over 2 weeks later and still have not received an rplate nor has one been programmed to my account. I have called a couple times and received about 5 different stories from their customer service personnel, none of the stories have been consistent. Not very happy with the service so far but will update this review as I continue forward.

Update: After a month of going back and forth with the company I finally did get the plate installed and it is working very well. Definitely changes the look of your vehicle. I still think rplate needs to work on their customer service skills, especially when there are issues.
