Who the hell has their staff working 6 days a week? I certainly hope this company isn't also taking corporate welfare, but you just know they are.

Phenomenal place to work at.
Excellent team members, management and overall business.
I'm proud to have had a chance to be a part of it.

6 Day mandatory work week. Incompetent HR Department. Favourtism galore. Most employees who work there from the offices to the production floor are ridiculously uneducated and lazy. Supervisors talk out of both sides of their mouths. The company makes a horrible product from start to finish - no craftsmanship whatsoever. From upper management to the lone employee - everyone throws everyone else under the bus whenever mistakes arise and everyone plays dumb or they play the victim card. No accountability from the employer. Company is reactive rather than proactive. Gossip and high school mannerisms engulf the workforce. The employer will do anything it can and use any trick it can to cut out your fair share of the pie, at the same time the company will break your individualism and get you to conform to their unrealistic and illogical way of doing business. Lastly, at least 2 senior members committed suicide from working there. The only way this business survives is by undercutting its employees, scare tactics and bullying and hiring minorities to fill in the gaps for all the skilled and / or smart people who end up leaving because it's a joke of company and their business model is "make it up as you go."
