Syndic de Serris à éviter. Résidant à Chessy, notre conseil syndical a fait confiance à Saria Gestion il y a quatre ans, et le bilan est plutôt décevant. Le gestionnaire fait preuve d'une réelle désinvolture : il ne fait jamais les visites prévues par le contrat et reste totalement inaccessible par e-mail. La gestion des dossiers de dommages d'ouvrage est un vrai calvaire, avec des experts qui sous-évaluent les coûts et obligent les copropriétaires à avancer des sommes supplémentaires, sans compter l'abandon du suivi des subventions pour les bornes de recharge. Pour couronner le tout, la transmission des dossiers à notre nouveau syndic après l'assemblée générale a été negligée. Une expérience vraiment frustrante.
