He was very helpful with all of our questions and walked us through the process step by step. He was very professional with much knowledge about the market. Highly recommend going with him!

Another poor quality work done by Saratoga.
Roofing adhesive to hold tiles down never applied from build. Tiles held together by 1 nail each. Please have your house inspected before purchasing and don t take Saratoga s. We adhere to a high standard sales slogan.
I bought a house from Saratoga about 2 years ago. The house is nice but you can tell that they used the cheapest stuff to build it. A few days after I moved in noticed there was a crack on the granite. I put it on the sheet they give you for the bumper to bumper coverage but all they did was buff the crack instead of replacing it. Then when I brought it up again, the manager of the project said how do I know you guys didn t break it? . That got me mad so I just let it be. When the storms happened my roof started leaking! It s a 2 year old house! That should not happen if it was built correctly. No wonder they have short warranty on their stuff.

I personally grew up in one. My parents bought their first home back in the late 90s.
