Dr. Bekan and her nurse Loren are wonderful, caring and compassionate. Receptionist staff are not however. Apparently the new frosted glass windows in front of their desks give them a great excuse to ignore people trying to check out. Literally 3 people behind the check out windows and I stood there for 5 minutes with my crying baby who had just had some shots and not a single one of them could open their window and help me make my next appointment. I literally just walked out. Very bad customer service on their end. I feel sorry for the doctors because these people are supposed to be representing them and quite frankly they are doing a lousy job.
