On Sunday mornings I start work earlier than usual...

On Sunday mornings I start work earlier than usual and so I've been stopping at the McDonald's near my house but the service has gotten progressively worse. I decided to stop in at Whataburger this morning for essentially the same kind of breakfast and WOW! what a difference. Great, great friendly service. I'll be back on Sundays.

Took about 40 mins to get our drive thru order. Both lanes were at a stand-still. The girl at the drive thru window was very rude and unapologetic. She rolled her eyes and closed the window at me after I asked for ketchup. Had to park and go inside because our order was missing a few items. Another woman was also expressing her frustration and the same drive thru employee was obviously annoyed by the complaint. To my surprise, the restaurant only had 2 people inside. Not sure what the holdup was but they're heading down the McDonald's route. Not good.

They got my order wrong but because I went through the drive thru, I wasn't able to notice until, I was at home. I called the store and spoke to the Mgr. And he was able to fix the problem... OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Now this Whataburger located on South Staples acro...

Now this Whataburger located on South Staples across the street from the Walmart Supercenter on Staples and Everhart is it 24 hour fast food with Drive-In and eating inside some days a week 24 hours a day. The food was course hot fresh delicious staff as friendly continue smiling make sure the dogs have 5 my food my drink water the only drawback is due to the amount of customers the place needed to be cleaned so it's a little bit more otherwise I rated an A+.

I had to call the manager to thank them because they took every precaution to stop covid. THANK YOU for holding the door open. THANK YOU for wearing masks. THANK YOU for respecting the 6 ft rule. THANK YOU for having the restaurant at 25%!!!! THANK YOU for everything!!!!!

Order had hair in the burger, this really grossed me out. Manager offered me a redo. Diana is a very nice and courteous manager. I has no choice but to have order redone. I am hoping no hair will be included.

Ordered the Avacado Bacon burger. It was very good. The service was great and friendly. The person who delivered our drinks was kind enough to pronounce "Whataburger" the way locals do as we have a family debate, we have recently moved here from Missouri! We LOVE Whataburger.

I went Whataburger on Staples and this manager did not want to wait and a man in a wheelchair because he didn't have a car to go through drive-thru I think that's very unfair I'm very rude that the manager did not want to wait on him I think it was 10 in the morning I mean that could be misconstrued as discrimination of a disabled person y'all can get in a lot of trouble that I don't know why like to discriminate against disabled people you need to do something about it

Sorry but Whataburger has gone down hill since my first one 55 yrs ago...the meat Patty is thinner and full of salt and veggies are just thrown on...but they still have great milkshakes and onion rings
