Whataburger

On Sunday mornings I start work earlier than usual and so I've been stopping at the McDonald's near my house but the service has gotten progressively worse. I decided to stop in at Whataburger this morning for essentially the same kind of breakfast and WOW! what a difference. Great, great friendly service. I'll be back on Sundays.

Chicken is actually chicken! Really good!

Food is good, if you order before evening. Phone orders are not always right. Otherwise, it's OK.

Most of the time the food is warm and done right. But you got that one time when the food is cold done wrong.

There is a night manager that is on point, shes really good. Other than that i have NEVER got an order that was right. Very rude during the day these people are a joke

Since corporate has moved out of town...quality has suffered

This is the Whataburger I always go to. They have forgotten my fries on more than one occasion so that's why I'm only giving them 4 stars.

If you want to experience a good morning breakfast this is the place to be. Great welcoming n customer service!

What you expect from a whataburger in its home town. Great service in the drive thru.

Took about 40 mins to get our drive thru order. Both lanes were at a stand-still. The girl at the drive thru window was very rude and unapologetic. She rolled her eyes and closed the window at me after I asked for ketchup. Had to park and go inside because our order was missing a few items. Another woman was also expressing her frustration and the same drive thru employee was obviously annoyed by the complaint. To my surprise, the restaurant only had 2 people inside. Not sure what the holdup was but they're heading down the McDonald's route. Not good.

Was looking for whataburger#1. There is a replica there. But isn't there a museum of sorts?

Good late night place they have a security guard as well made me feel safe. They made my food quickly and it was all fresh.

They got my order wrong but because I went through the drive thru, I wasn't able to notice until, I was at home. I called the store and spoke to the Mgr. And he was able to fix the problem... OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Not bad, a really good amount of food for the price. Spent $30ish and then none of us finished our food from quantity. The quality was worth the price.

I have never been disappointed with a meal at Whataburger or employee's that work there. Keep up the fine job.

Now this Whataburger located on South Staples across the street from the Walmart Supercenter on Staples and Everhart is it 24 hour fast food with Drive-In and eating inside some days a week 24 hours a day. The food was course hot fresh delicious staff as friendly continue smiling make sure the dogs have 5 my food my drink water the only drawback is due to the amount of customers the place needed to be cleaned so it's a little bit more otherwise I rated an A+.

They started in my home town and I have seen eating at Whataburger for over 50 year's

I really like their food, once in a while they make mistakes with my order but what restaurant is free of mistakes? The only complaint, sometimes they take a long time with drive thru orders.

Check your order before leaving, they almost always forget something

I had to call the manager to thank them because they took every precaution to stop covid. THANK YOU for holding the door open. THANK YOU for wearing masks. THANK YOU for respecting the 6 ft rule. THANK YOU for having the restaurant at 25%!!!! THANK YOU for everything!!!!!

Order had hair in the burger, this really grossed me out. Manager offered me a redo. Diana is a very nice and courteous manager. I has no choice but to have order redone. I am hoping no hair will be included.

Not good! Service is bad. Long wait. Employees are totally unorganized with I don t care attitude.

Ordered the Avacado Bacon burger. It was very good. The service was great and friendly. The person who delivered our drinks was kind enough to pronounce "Whataburger" the way locals do as we have a family debate, we have recently moved here from Missouri! We LOVE Whataburger.

Only one problem every time I go there I'm waiting for at least 15-20 minutes to get a meal to go on my lunch break

Staff is always friendly and courteous, even though it is 7 am in the morning!!

Was very fast and food was great. Drive thru lady had no customer service though. Gave me my food and didn't even look at me or say a word. Otherwise the visit was good

Drive-through service was bad repeated my order three times and still they got it wrong

Tried the new breakfast burger. It was awesome. A must try.

I went Whataburger on Staples and this manager did not want to wait and a man in a wheelchair because he didn't have a car to go through drive-thru I think that's very unfair I'm very rude that the manager did not want to wait on him I think it was 10 in the morning I mean that could be misconstrued as discrimination of a disabled person y'all can get in a lot of trouble that I don't know why like to discriminate against disabled people you need to do something about it

Love the breakfast taquitos haven't screwed my order up, not even once!

For on the run mom at times, Whataburger is a trusted, place to eat. Always service with a smile.

Sorry but Whataburger has gone down hill since my first one 55 yrs ago...the meat Patty is thinner and full of salt and veggies are just thrown on...but they still have great milkshakes and onion rings

Girl in drive thru couldn't for some reason pay attention. After a few times back and forth finally got it

We don't have these in Colorado, at least not where I live. It was really good. Best fast food I have had next to chik-filla

The food was cold when received we had to repeat our order many times and it took almost 45 minutes to get to the window to get our food even though there were only 2 people in front of us and the get in front of us came back to return his food

I bought 2 Grilled Chicken burgers & were very Good!!!

The service was slow and the meal wasnt very good and they didnt give us our change and shorted us some fries. Not very happy.
