Worst customer service ,they force you to buy Insurance policy from they got commission,today when I go for side mirror replacement they told me to paid 1000/- fee or 2200/- for replacement .I want to mentioned here that I have already purchased zero depth cashless policy of bajaj allianz through sarswati ford on their terms and conditions.I also email to ford India,ford india twitter handler,Mr.Anurag Mehrotra MD ford India.I hope will receive favourable reply to solve my issue and to stopped loot of customers from showroom.(As per reply from ford they mentioned processing fees is mandatory but I want to mentioned here that they dont clarify me the same at the time of buying of policy,since last five days I am driving my car with broken side mirror).Side mirror are not available in showroom as its very common part.Received reply and call from ford Twitter team ,Thanks to them.
