Saracina Vineyards Review

Cruising down 101 from Ukiah to Bay Area and thought I'd stop to smell the wine. Glad I did, friendly gents working the tasting room, and treated a raggedy old fisherman nicely. I enjoyed the the beautiful scenery here and tasted some great wines. The White Blend and Estate Cab we're a couple of beauts so I picked those up, for about $30 each, which I found quite reasonable. Wines of this calibre in Napa or Sonoma would truly cost double. Saracina is not to be overlooked, if you like fantastic wine, and are passing through or visiting the area!

Feels like being in Provence! Gorgeous and quite place. Very welcoming staff. They even gave us some cheese and crackers to accompany the wine. Forget the crowd and buzz from Napa this is much better.

Outstanding place. Excellent wines. Well maintained. 100 year old olive trees and fantastic wine caves.

My wife and I planned a trip here after we had a glass of their "old soul red" for some wine tasting. It is $10 for a flight of 6 wines (that is waved if you buy a bottle). We tried all the wines they had in stock. We bought a case of their old soul and a case of their Zinfindale plus some cabinet. The visit was excellent, wine associate Taylor was very knowledgeable. He also pointed us to some good beers and place to get good beer with the long lines at the brewery. I highly recomend checking them out!

Great views, extremely clean grounds and facilities. The young woman who worked in the tasting room was fabulous! She definitely made it easy for us to enjoy our experience at this vineyard!

Very nice wines at a great price. The Vineyard is lovely. Staff was attentive but not well versed on the wines. No food. Short tasting. I did buy 4 bottles of their Reserve Cab and Olive oil. $160.

Stopped here on our way up north. Very nice location and relaxing.

Experience for the first time wine tasting at your winery beautiful vineyards enjoy the time with Gay tellings us about the vineyard. Hope to come back again real soon.

Server was new and had trouble opening wine bottle. She couldn't answer questions about the wine. Tasting fee is $10 but waived with purchase. Facility is beautiful. Designer bathrooms is separate structure. Tasting room is new and landscaping very tasteful with water wise plants.

Great wine; Great people; Great facility. I guess you could say my overall experience was GREAT! The wine is fantastic and I highly recommend the Sauvignon Blanc! Alex (the wine maker) is a real artist!

It s a very relax and peaceful winery with lots of outdoor seating. The area is beautiful and stuff is extremely nice and knowledgeable! Did not do wine tasting but had a glass of rose and it tasted really good! Ended up getting a bottle.

1000 Stories bourban barrel aged zinfandel is phenomenal. It is one of my favorite wines. The flavor profile has unique characteristics that make it easy to pair or enjoy on it's own!!

Very nice host. Knowledge and super friendly. Had a nice stopover and enjoyed the wines.
