Good location in Yalong Bay with Grand Hyatt, Sheraton as neighbours all hotels are old properties now

Good family hotel great for kids good sized rooms friendly staff. But buffet leaves a lot to be desired

Very beautiful, well-groomed large area of the hotel, magnificent gardens, many flowers, and the birds singing can be heard even in the room. You can watch for hours walking through the gardens. The rooms are spacious, the view of the ocean is excellent. The cuisine is more with an emphasis on Chinese, but since I like it, I am very pleased. At breakfast, a lot of fresh fruits of different types, juices. The service is excellent, despite the large number of guests, there is always room for breakfast. The beach is sandy clean, enough sun beds. The entrance to the sea is good, sand, water is clear, the waves are, but not high. For kids, just great. The pool is two-level, large, but not deep. All in all a very good hotel. Recommend !

If you call the international price for a 5-star hotel, you have to be measured by it. This speaks at the front desk practically nobody even halfway English. An upgrade was so impossible that it failed even when inquesting the price for sustained. The checkout took about 45 minutes because of language barriers - usually lasts 5-6 minutes. At the lovely terrace there was then coke instead of coconut, etc. - the price goes (anyway plus 15% service charge) just not. The rooms are clearly worn, show some massive signs of wear. This is in my opinion insufficient. Since the great garden and the really nice, clean beach help. Also the dinner buffet is expensive for it really extensive. Outside, there are hardly any non-Chinese alternatives anyway.
In my opinion, due to the service and the condition of the room at best 3-4 stars and not worth the price. Sorry.

Incredible and awesome hotel and staff! Most speak excellent English. Great breakfast and a wow to Their Fish Bar!

Beautiful stay. Friendly and very helpful staff, maybe some communication problems but with English something you can do.
