Assessment not intercontinental, between first to our room, bathtub covered with stains. Hotel decoration is very dilapidated, large spa bottom covered with moss, extreme horror. For dining, the food can be, really can not accept Western standards.

Fantastic, heart warming customer services; delicious food at very reasonable price; beautiful decorations with element of Hakka culture. Strongly recommended to people living in Shenzhen, Guangzhou or Huizhou.

With the Intercontinental brand, this one is really unsatisfactory. The public hot spring is too thin. The residents actually wear pajamas, leggings, and even chimneys to soak in the hot spring. Some tourists also wear casual clothes and shoes to enter the hot spring area. They reach into the hot spring pool and wash their hands. Smoke while dipping. With the Intercontinental brand, it is really unbearable. The front desk staff is personal and personal. The answers are polite and clear.

Must have been amazing when built 10 years ago, but run down now. Great potential though with newly constructed facilities, 19 new hot spring pools. Next year should be fantastic place to relax.

Super hotel and resort, excellent golf courses, sports fields and bike paths with excellent views. Everything is super! Hot spring with pools of different temperatures and sizes. A good restaurant with a choice of not only Chinese but also European food.
