Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were amazing. The food was top notch and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint, no cigar lounge. Lol

My favorite place in Oia, Santorini ! I love the place since it provides us great amenities and space!!!! I had my room with living room and huge bedroom and superb bathroom! I loved the surroundings and the breakfast was well-prepared! I loved everything there

Helpful and friendly staff. Nice hotel. The only complaint that I have is that they done provide any complementary bottles of water.

Beautiful hotel on the coast. Thera is a quiet place located on the south coast of Santorini.

It is a beautiful place but when they tell you it's only a few steps, they lie. This place is great if you're physically fit but if you are even slightly out of shape, don't stay here. Also, if they tell you it's a 20 minute walk to town, it's more like 35 minutes.

I went for honeymoon and these guys didn't spare a thing to make us feel spl. We booked private pool villa it was mesmerizing. Reception staff are superstars, so cooperative and enthusiastic!

Travelled in the winter months. Such a great place to stay. 5 star service. Gorgeous resort and amazing buffet.
Victoria at the reception was an amazing host. Helped us a lot regarding navigating around the areas.

The hotel is beautiful, luxurious and had a salon as well as restaurant. The service was excellent - i cannot fault them on anything there. The rooms are some of the best i have stayed. The only issue i had was that it is a bit isolated and it was an effort to get to Fira or Oia as public transport was a bit out and taxis are very expensive (30 or more one way). They do have a shuttle service but you can wait more than 2 hours for one. If the had an hourly shuttle service, i would've given them full marks.

Service was too notch! Everyone was smiling and helping us get through the hotel and the island. They went above and beyond to meet and surpass our needs! Amazing experience. Great location. Their sister hotel is volcano view hotel which is right across the street and you can walk in there and see the views as well.

One of the most beautiful five star hotel in Santorini Ishnand Greece. Amazing quite place. Neat and clean. The service and behaviour of their staff remarkable. The food is also very fresh green and tasty. All room have a adequate space and balcony for sea and hills view. In centre a beautiful swimming pool. All of a great dream place for vacation with love ones.

Enjoyed our stay fully. They had provided free transportation too and from fira at various intervals. However it was not very near to fira as suggested at the time of booking

To be a five star hotel has to many deficiencies. The breakfast is poor . The room service is until 9:00 pm. The pool has no water.

Beautiful hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights and the staff were so helpful and informative. A special thanks to Ilyas who helped us check in and recommended places to see and go. The hotel has a buffet breakfast where you order the night before to choose what you would like to be prepared in the morning. If you wanted to order more you can do so in the morning. This hotel has a really nice pool and spa facilities downstairs. Would definitely come and stay here again.

All the staff here are wonderful and the hotel is very nice. It's just out of Fira centre so if you want less crowded but still close enough, then this is absolutely perfect.

Incredible! Loved the location, super central. The front desk attendant is great, accommodated me in several small requests. The breakfast is wonderful and changes daily. The facilities are spotless!

We had a couples message, steam room / sauna / jacuzzi package....fantastic service! The therapists were very professional, the space was well decorated, quiet, and clean. Messages were very relaxing and they blended several different styles.

I also thought it was cool that they gave couples private time within each space so you aren't grouped with randoms during the jacuzzi, and steam/sauna. We will definitely be back!

Posh hotel, newly built at a wonderful location with excellent views. Top quality materials, spacious rooms/villas, luxury amenities and extra comfy beds. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Totally worth its five stars.

Fantastic place, it hurts that it is not right on the sea, to have incredible views.

De sol was an amazing 5 star hotel! The customer service, room, facilities, and breakfast were immaculate. We had a long flight and arrived at 6am (way before check in time) and Iliya at reception strived to find us a room so we could rest. We got upgraded to a bigger room and he even arranged for our breakfast to swap to on the arrival day so we dont miss our 2 breakfasts (our flight left santorini early morning). Although the location is not as convenient but there are free shuttles to fira (around 10min)and back. From there on you can take the local bus to main attractions. We felt comfortable, relaxed and had an enjoyable time. Everyone was very friendly . We d come back again.
