I was shopping for a better price in utilities. I called Santanna for a quote and Jennifer Ross was the best. She walked me through their process, stayed on the line until I was completely finished. She answered all my questions and did not make me feel like I was wasting her time. I would highly recommend Santanna and especially Jennifer.

This is my third re-up session with Santanna. They have been competitive and so easy to work with the customer support team. Their rewards program is just an added feature that improves customer relationships.

I have called Santanna reps twice about this plus PUCO. I may have to file a formal complaint with PUCO. I was sick when an email came from Santanna. I just left and somehow by reading the email I renewed my contract. It may be worthwhile to spent $100 to get out and find a company that cares about customers.The reps tell my how great the company is and pays them well with great benefits. I wish they treated customers half as well. Their "rewards" programs is a joke. You have to spend money to get discounts on stuff you cannot afford cause rates are so high now.
