I have called Santanna reps twice about this plus ...

I have called Santanna reps twice about this plus PUCO. I may have to file a formal complaint with PUCO. I was sick when an email came from Santanna. I just left and somehow by reading the email I renewed my contract. It may be worthwhile to spent $100 to get out and find a company that cares about customers.The reps tell my how great the company is and pays them well with great benefits. I wish they treated customers half as well. Their "rewards" programs is a joke. You have to spend money to get discounts on stuff you cannot afford cause rates are so high now.
