My grandmother and father are residents at this facility. They are both treated with the same care and respect as they were given when they were at home. This is a very clean facility and they have made many changes in recent months to improve the esthetics and overall demeanor of the residence. I was allowed to visit with my grandmother of recent as she had slipped into a comatose state. The staff made sure that I had everything I needed up until her last breath. She died of natural causes as she would have been 100 years old in 3 weeks. I am so very grateful to the staff for making this time as good as it could possibly be. I have had contact with many different employees during the last 3 years Linda Lackey and Tanya Epley made our transition process (which can be very difficult) as smooth and easy as possible. They were both very knowledgeable and professional and are always there for me when I have questions. I am very thankful to these ladies. I can also not say enough about the kind and compassionate nurses (Kaylee, Lisa, Terry.....just to name a few) as the entire staff jumped in to help when my dad or grandmothers nurse or CNA was not available. Mr. Altchhul is always walking the halls communicating with the residents and employees or was at the door each time I have had to drop something off. He even carried my dads coffee and bisquit in one morning when I took it over there. He has kept us informed on a regular basis and timely manner as to new changes during this pandemic. I have always felt that my family members were safe and being treated well and for that, I can not thank you ALL enough! In the past I have always thought having to spend ones last days in a nursing home would be total horror, but these fine people at Grace Heights (Sanstone) have changed my mind. Thank you each and everyone from the bottom of my heart. Donna Wright
