Santa Fe Station Review

The bathroom was super small. I had to worry about knocking my stuff off the counter on accident. The toilet is so close to the counter that the toilet paper roll pressed into my side when I was sitting on the toilet. They supply hand towels, but there was nothing to hang it on. The good things about the room was a large TV, really soft beds, and a clean room. The staff was also really polite and helpful.

This place is fun. Has music drinks and slot machines.

My wife and I enjoy our self's there the staff are friendly , and if you forget to pull your mask up , one of the staff will ask you politely to pull it up . That's cool.

It's fun to play, But it would be more fun if I could win. Overall I enjoy visiting Santa Fe. I love the gifts, also the theater. Even though I paid 10 dollars for a small popcorn,and a small drink I feel it was worth it. The staff were so polite. I encountered an unhappy person in the free gift line and the staff took care of it right a way, they were very professional. I love coming here, I had my birthday party at the bar in the middle of the casino, the bartenders took really good care of my group, the live dj was awesome. I will probably have my party there next year.

Well it was a good safe place to blow some bucks nice valet.....

Had a great time drinking and gambling..starting to get crowded in the parking lot...nice local spot to eat drink and be Mary Plain Jane.

Rooms are decent. 4 am fire drill would have been nice 2 know ahead of time. Pool small and hard 2 get to. Never win here. Buffet good. staff acts like police when trying 2 use points it's more than ridiculous

The casinos smelled like cigarettes and the whole outlook made the place appeal more to seniors rather than millennials. The servers weren't so good either. They hardly refilled my water and the food at the buffet was only OK. Dunno if I would want to go there again. Maybe if I was tired and it was nearby, but other than that, I would eat at some place better.

One of my favorite places to visit in Summerlin! The buffet is so good & u can't beat at the price! They have an awesome selection of games also! Can't go wrong at this place!

Brought my Pathfinder club out for a year end social. Everyone had a great time. Staff was accommodating and kind. I think the kitchen staff needs a little help though.

Fun. Just super far away from where i live so its a bit of a drive but always have a good time

Fire alarm or security was blaring,manager on staff Melissa was less than helpful. Will go elsewhere in the future. Disappointed...

The front desk is rude, the security is rude...its not that nice either....kinda gross

Was really surprised how nice this casino was inside. For the area it's in I wasn't expecting it to be this upscale but this is a fantastic casino. Five dollar minimums on blackjack and craps. Some 99.8 percent payback video poker machines as well! All the bars are beautiful too.

Graduation ceremony. Nice meeting rooms for it with ample space.

Great atmosphere!! My family and I had Supper at The Sante Fe Cafe. Food Quality and Service was AWESOME!! Great food and good prices! Very Enjoyable!!!

Its a nice place. The movie theatre seats are hugely improved from before. Nice food at Cabo and overall nice service, if you gamble or drink at a bar.

Clean and safe ,but no hooks in the one person bathroom. Very tiny and cramped.

Machines do nothing but gobble up money. This place is not worth your time.

Great local Casino. Very friendly dealers. Needs a couple more restaurants for locals to visit.

The buffet at the Santa Fe was rather good. We went on Friday and they had prime rib and 2 different varieties of shrimp. It was rather good for the price. Very clean, and the service was fast with drink refills.

Buffet was super clean and I enjoyed the walls that were clad in red. The buffet had numerous food styles to choose from (couldn't find any French fries, however), and going for seconds and thirds was guaranteed. Keno was available at the buffet via a few television screens. Mix the chocolate ice cream with some chocolate cake, it's the richest sweetest dessert I've ever tasted.

We were in town for my nephews wedding.
I gave the Santa Fe Station Hotel 5*Stars for numerous reasons. The hotel cleanliness overall from the elevators to the hallways to the restrooms in the casino areas were kept well throughout. The staff at the front desk were super helpful. Housekeeping was very approachable and helpful. The parking attendants were always available and kind. My first introduction was when I entered the Hotel and a black male employee with glasses was cleaning the door windows at the entrance. I asked him for the registration desk and the restroom. I can tell the restroom was monitored. After I waa done I went to wash my hands and the same black male was checking and cleaning the restroom.

The potstickers and ice cream at the buffet were very good.

Rooms were spacious and clean, providing enough of everything. I wish rooms still had coffee pots but many dont, not a knock to the establishment. Valet were quick even though there were quite a few people. Place was packed and lively, had a real time looking for a place to sit at the bar, but the service was great and the bartender really didn't miss a beat. Had a problem with the heating, but as soon as I called engineering came right up and had it fixed within half an hour. Definitely a more local part of town, not that anywhere really feels that local anymore, but not a tourist trap.

Santa Fe Station is amazing! So much to offer and a lovely change of pace from the overcrowded Las Vegas strip! Their Oyster Bar is exemplary and so, so delicious! The Grand Cafe makes an awesome Loco Moco. The Bowling alley is a fun place for a fun date and to watch the games at the bar. Overall an amazing hotel and casino experience! Would stay again!

Nice hotel/casino starting to age graciously, the elevators are a blast once you get the hang of them, good food court and movie theater rocks.

It had alright food and an ok pool. It just doesn't compare to luxury hotels to be given a 5 star rating

I know it's not really Santa Fes fault but my car was broken into while I was there. When I went to find security to let them know, they were very disinterested and took my name down and said they'd call if they found my stolen items. It just seemed like they didn't care.

Easy to find parking. Security staff very friendly. Coffee shop food items very reasonable but service was very slow.

Nicely located, nice rooms, restaurants, movie theater, bowling, etc.

The gambling part of this place was pretty one sided, with me only donating to the ECONOMY... LOL Viva Las Wages!!!

Rooms are old, small, and smell like cigarette smoke inside. I asked for a non- smoking room and the room next to me wreaked of smoke so bad, you can smell it in my room. I had to ask for another room. The bathrooms are very small, and not spacious at all. I was not impressed at all!
The check-in receptionist Kim displayed great customer service.

Hotel is very dirty stans on the carpet and bed. Also show (hot and cold) is labeled wrong. Cold is hot and hot is cold.

If you're looking for a nice, clean and quiet place off the strip, this is it!

Buffet good but not great. Service good but not a huge selection. Not much in way of selection for vegetarians.

Had an old school feel. We are new to the area and were just looking for some fun close to home with some good local people... Definitely going back.

Dirty, snippy waitress at the Grand Cafe, totally ignored by the keno runner even after speaking to her. Will never go there again!

Very cool. Different variety of slots and betting games. Craft fair we were attending was Great! Every booth was filled and no two vendors the same. Wish it had been in a bigger room, just because there were so many people. Good turn out.

Nice clean Hotel Casino. Many restaurants to choose from. Multiplex move theater. It is part of a much larger chain of hotel casinos called Station Casinos.

Great local casino with many slots, table games and large sports booking area, many food venues, clean, friendly and helpful staff.

Expensive steak house visit! $80 per person ouch! But ohh soo goood!!

Kind of a run-down older Hotel and Casino. The movie theater is okay but the seats are a bit uncomfortable after a while

Best place to play low limit hold-em poker in Las Vegas!

Stayed here for two nights. I like going here vs the crowds by the strip. Easy to get to, there's an exit on the 95 that'll literally drop you off at the entrance . Decent rooms no frills, views of rooftops. Pool and hot tub available. And yes, there's a buffet.

Alright the only thing I'd like to say is that it the machines in the casino are really hard to pay out

I've only been here once and wouldn't mind returning. I love the atmosphere. It's clean and the employees have good customer service.

Cigarette smoking is allowed so that detracts from an otherwise positive experience.

The staff and room cleanliness were great. Good value. The room I'm staying in needs a little updating and minor maintenance but it's got the basics. Comfortable bed. I'd stay again.

The bed want the most comfortable I've experienced and the elevator left a loot to be desired. But, outside of that, this has been a great stay and i would consider staying here again.

This is a wonderful casino they have a great set up and a huge variety of machines to choose from Good food good atmosphere the only problem they have is the majority of employees are not very nice they act like they are above the customers so with a few new editions maybe that could change

My family and I went to the theater here. Seats were comfortable and my family enjoyed the reclining seats.

Tightest machines I've ever played on. Been there like 10 times and .45 cents is my best cash out.

We like coming to this casino because of the buffet and the Kids Quest.

This is a great place to stay and eat at some of the best restaurants in North West Las Vegas. Santa Fe Station is located within driving distance to some of the best golf courses. The hotel is just off Highway 95 and I-215.

Station casinos are the worst casinos to play in. They let a few people win once in a while but for the most part no one ever wins....so i came again 12/29 played the dragon link at $12.50..got a bonus and it paid NOTHING!!...please explain how is that legal??!!
