Horrible service and horrible music but they make up for it by being surly. A lot of hidden fees and the pool is more accurately a pond. Ugh.

Santa Fe Hotel and Casino service was on par with other local casinos and the location is easily accessible. The casino is older but has been updated over the years. The casino does need a new smoke scrubbing system but that is something to be expected while visiting some casinos here in town. Overall this older hotel and casino has held up over the years by the many additions and changes.
Santa Fe Station has a few good restaurants and some fantastic deals for locals on occasion, which is really nice given how most of the casinos have started to go away from that.
Love it here... its clean. Great Martini Bar. Food is good video gaming is wide open not sure if the card table games are open tho! Friendly staff.
Stayed at the hotel, nice place but found drugs in my room lol. Little weird, pizza rock across the street is DELICIOUS.
I like that they offer childcare...super cool since the pandemic. The kids live to play and the staff is polite and cleanly. But watch you personal belongings while in the Casino, don t expect any help if you lose your phone or potentially think it s been stolen....Not much they ll do to help find it. So much for all the surveillance being a Casino and all.
Rooms are dated, and bathrooms rather small. But when other hotels are charging up to $300 per night, the Sante Fe is usually a bargain. Restaurants are good.
Many restaurants to eat at this place. More for an older crowd or families. Great place to go to watch sports.
My wife and I had a pleasant time there at the Santa Fe Station Hotel and Casino the people there we're also friendly and courteous nice place to be thank you
The buffet is always good and fresh and the hamburger hot dog bar is great.
It's a nice Casino for Locals. Has easy access. The people are friendly and helpful.
I went to see a movie, only had one person working so it was slow. But the customer service is amazing
Went to buffet on "Aloha night", it was good, but the roast pork didn't have crispy skin pieces attached to the meat like I prefer. Also no lechon sauce like at the Silverton and the old Aliante buffet. It was good, but I think I'll stick to Silverton Hawaiian night.
Free hotel room is still $22 after taxes and fees ... I think that a complimentary room should be just that... Complimentary.
August 31 .... I would like to retract my review. After my fabulous free night at the Hotel, I did not get charged the resort fee like I was told I would.
Horrible customer service the waitresses don't come around but once every blue moon bad attitudes snooty and act like they're better than everyone other than that it's a great place to go gambling
Old and outdated. Food in Cabo Mexican restaurant was subpar. Overall experience was meh.
So much smoke in the building, there is no way to get a non smoking room. Smoke just billows in the doors. Horrible rooms because of that. Restaurants and bars are good.
Just OK for a nights stay. The aroma of weed permeated the casino floor and the hallway of the floor I stayed on in the hotel. All rooms will become non-smoking in November, more than likely management's reaction to the marijuana smoke that can be smelled literally everywhere in the casino and hotel. The girl with the tattoos who works at the Starbucks is really nice and makes a great latte!
We eat at the restaurants and have a lot of fun on the slots. Friendly people and atmosphere.
Spent a few hours gambling here with family. Clean, friendly, not crowded, cocktail waitress are regularly passing by for drinks. Would recommend for a fun night out.
Very nice room great customer service. Comfortable bed.
Great local spot but havent been treated yet like one.
The atmosphere wasn't there as soon as you walk into the casino. The space the hotel provided for the event I attended was nice though.
I played a lot of different machines and received very little play
Very nice buffet. Lots of variety and you can get just about anything custom made. Would have rated 5 but the website said it would cost about $11 but when we showed up we were charged about $18 per person. Of course I may have been looking at the wrong place but I was pretty miffed.
Last Friday 11/30 Tried the Seafood buffet. I am not a seafood fan only like fish. Prime rib was 40% fat, cut thin as roast beef sand. Menus hardly had meat. Chix soup very salty. Most food items were not proper temperature. First time here and will not return.
The facility is very well put together. While the place in its entirety can be a bit overwhelming, the staff was very helpful in helping to navigate and get us to our destination. With extra entertainment options (i.e. bowling), this location, albeit further out from the typical Strip or Downtown venues, stands out in a positive way.
Had fun bowling, wish they had the cocktail server going around from the beginning since bars were closed but she showed eventually.
This is one of the better hotels and casinos Off the Strip. Nice movie theater, and excellent Buffet.
Best hotel I've been. Great friendly staff members from the front desk to housekeeping.
Does not smell like smoke.
Friendly
I like the movie theater
Today was 10X day and hubby and I earned a lot of points playing the slots. It was fun!
Favorite late-night go-to for food at the cafe. Also a great sports book with super-nice people. Love the buffet. Also a drug store, bowling alley, wing stop, capriotti's(sp?). Never stayed there but I've never had any complaints with any of the Station hotels.
I love the Station Casinos. Santa Fe being my favorite. Always friendly and catering to locals... And tourists as well. Great job...
this is the only station property that does not allow you to use a let it Ride button on the blackjack machines and in my opinion that needs to change because that's why I play a Texas when they're open or fiesta or all the other properties
They take your picture when you walk in. U have 2 wear ur mask. But u can still smoke and drink. I suggest u take ur own hand sanitizer with u. They will clean the machine if u ask them. But if u jump from machine to machine u will want to sanitizes it urself.
Visited Santa Fe on the day of re-opening after closure. The sports book was organized and sufficiently stocked with prop and horse racing sheets. The only negative was after eating at the Grande Cafe and was about to pay bill with exact change, the "stressed" cashier rudely told my wife to get in line and wait for her direction after she returned from doing something in the kitchen. Not customer friendly!
Clean the people was very nice and the games I like.
Great atmosphere in the gaming areas and the restaurants aren't too bad either. I'd give 5 stars if the cocktail waitresses would show up more frequently.
Really nice movie theaters but parking is tough. They might be able to ease the parking issue if they could open another door on the back of the building where there is additional parking.
After touring the various movie theaters around town, we will only go to this one if we have a choice. The seats are so comfortable and, more importantly, the popcorn is ALWAYS perfect.
The players card & cashing paychecks here give a lot of freebies and points for every place inside casino, including the Theater.
Good Restaurants, Great Rooms, very cool bowling ally and the BEST MOVIE THEATER for a FANTASTIC PRICE!! All seats are reserved seating and they recline and raise feet. I am disabled and it used to be so difficult to sit through a 90 min and 3 hour movies I would have to go to drive in where I could lay down which is ok but for example Avengers End Game has a lot of dark scenes that are difficult to view outside.
I have been a patron for 23 years, highly reccommend.
this is the only station's casino without the nice handle on the back of the slot chairs.
Please get these chairs! much easier to pull out!
Comfortable for an older casino. Overpriced food court items, marginal slot pay outs.
Nice, reasonably priced accomodations not too far from The Strip, Red Rock, and local attractions.
Clean and friendly just wish there wasn't any smoking.
Santa Fe was chosen as our dinner destination solely because the food court choices satisfied the varied tastes of our family. There was plenty of garage parking, a short walk to the food court, very clean premises, and pleasant atmosphere even for a family with children/teenagers.
It is a little far away from my house but it is Great place to go! Parking is easy to find!
The Santa Fe is a nice and convienent location that hosts plenty of activities. Gaming, restaurants, catching a movie, bowling, and live entertainment.
Awesome hotel/casino! Everything was top of the line from the restaurants, lounges, casinos, dance clubs/shows, and they even had "Ladies Night Bingo"!
The Fe, continues to be clean and efficient.
You will see reps cleaning every 5 to 10 minutes or so.
Some light smoking still occurs and honestly should be banned during covid. Regardless of temp taken. You are walking into smoke thay came from someone's lungs. During covid.
Staff is friendly and officers willing to walk you out as courtesy of you happen to win.
Giveaway days have no wait!
Plenty of parking.
There is a lot to do here. Movies, bowling, food court, bingo, a few restaurants. The pool is a hike to get to. Bathrooms in the hotel rooms are soooooo tiny. You can practically touch all 4 walls in the bathrooms at the same time. Room size was decent and in room cable was pretty good. Gambling was fine here as well. Free parking.
For the 1st time I won all night at every machine scored $1k all machines paid out happy camper only casino in vegas I've actually won in
Very nice! I love how the hotels were old-themed unless it s actually an old room itself, I stayed in room 307 and the bathroom was a little small, I do love the casino and the variety of places to eat! I also loved the bowling alley and movie theater! Very nice business here. 4 stars!
Enjoyed a great dinner at Cabos before having a terrific time at the bowling alley. All the staff were friendly, outgoing and helpful
The movie theater is amazing. Reclining seats and they even serve beer:)
The employees at sante fe are the best. Always treated so well at all of the bars. Every one in bingo is helpful, kind, and professional. I was disappointed in the dessert window at the cafe. I dont know it they were low or if they are not making as many anymore but not much to choose from.
Went to the buffet for dinner. Everything was good. The price was reasonable and the wait staff friendly.
I go there for the buffet. For the price, not bad. Not my buffet if I want some prime rib.
Solid locals casino with great other amenities like movies and bowling
NYE was a blast!!! Service was sooooo slow!! Especially for having a booth and bottle service, we had to get our own bucket of ice. Lil unorganized and was disappointed that we couldn't order food from bar, or bring it in.
I miss the crab & shrimp...quit raising the prices of your not going to put out...
Awesome, clean local casino with great selection of games.
Very disappointed in my stay. There was a bed bug in my room and not much was done about it. I was told that the room was inspected and that they only found the one that was in my bed that bit me. Overnight and morning front staff was rude and the property manager wouldn t talk to me. Don t think I ll be back any time soon.
As far as the casino goes it's really nice and has just about everything. The hotel on the other hand, has no commodities at all. No ashtrays no coffee pots no nothing. Decent rooms none the less, at very reasonable rate.
VERY fun, excellent Race book, just moved here from LA and I will be back!
The Oyster Bar now have Chef Keith from the popular Texas Station. I love to sit at the bar and watch him cook gumbo and other cajun dishes. Keith has a flair when adding the special liquors spices abd it's delicious!
Great job Santa Fe! Oh and additional tables and chairs have added to increase diners!
Nice casino but extremely hard to win here, 99% chance in losing and leaving with your wallet empty machines are always cold (freezing) it used to be a great place to gamble before but not any more, giving it a 2 star due to bowling and movies
We had a day for the whole family, it was great, we went to the movies then went bowling.
The crowd has changed, the floor service has slowed down. I"m sure to staffing adjustments that can"t be helped. It seems the spark has all but faded, very few smiling faces and less laughter. My view. check it and see what you think.
Love Bingo. Has All you need to
To have fun
Clean, electric atmosphere, and mostly hospitable. The past few times I've gone the drink service was either lagging or non existent.
