Hi There I am in Australia and I purchased Two Jimmy Choo Purses on line. BIG MISTAKE. One of the purses arrived it was not packaged AT ALL, it was thrown in a box and shipped, as pictured, by the time I received it the Logo was all scratched. I returned the purse to Jimmy Choo feeling very disappointed as they then advised me that the purse was out of stock and I was unable to get this purse any longer. So I had to settle for a refund, they now have decided to only partially refund me, although it was their fault entirely they choose to have me suffer the $50 taxes and duty fees. SO in short It has cost me $50 and time wasted to receive an unpacked poor/damaged quality item, numerous emails to their customer service team, what a waste of my time and money, luxury good stores, I DONT THINK SO.
