1-Dirty! garbage is left at the slot machines for hours.
2-Slow. calling for service takes forever.
3-Slot machines are not well maintained:
-card readers are not working on some machines
-Some buttons don't work on some machines..such as repeat play buttons. Even some of "number of bets" buttons don't work.
-The window that opens up to show the points and slot play available don't close because the touch screen is not sensitive. Sometimes they keep closing and opening during play without touching the screen.
-Some machines the volume don't work. I think it's a touch screen problem.

These situations happen quite frequently. It's frustrating because we have to call for service to fix it but it takes forever for someone to come. Also some of those problems can't be fixed (need time consuming repairs). If the slot machines are well maintained there would be no reason for players to call for service or quit a machine they want to play.

My only complaint, that I knew going in, is that it's a casino. They allow smoking so, out can sometimes be a bit much when walking through to get to different places. Staff was helpful, room was clean, shower head needed help.

A good Station Casino, not the best, but not the worst. It has a good movie theater, decent food court, a really good steakhouse (Charcoal Room), a good oyster bar, a decent buffet, pretty good Mexican restaurant, the hotel is stayable (is that a word?), and a good sports book. Facilities are clean, smoke isn't bad and the parking is easy.

Santa Fe Station is a good locals casino. A good selection of slots, video poker and table games. A variety of restaurants, buffet, cafe, steak house, Mexican and food court. Nice movie theater with updated seating. Bowling Alley. Entertainment choices at night. My only complaint is that it seems a bit smoky everywhere you go.

Went to the Santa Fe just to gamble. Casino is nice, lots of new machines. The cocktail service was quick for a Friday night. It didn't smell like smoke, the air circulates pretty well. I didn't eat, but there seemed to be lots of options.

It's a decent casino for those that don't want to go down to the strip. We frequent the movie theater more often than anything else there. The theater is great. They have the nice recliners and a pretty big variety of (overpriced but what theater isn't) snacks. They have a Starbucks and ice cream cones in the concession area as well. The one time we had the buffet, we agreed it wasn't worth the cost to go again. I wish I could say we were impressed with the other fast food places there but they were subpar as well. The bowling alley is nice and not too expensive. My biggest dislike about the Santa Fe (or the other Station) casinos is the smell of smoke. In the casinos down on the strip, unless you're sitting next to someone that smokes, you can't smell it. Not the Station casinos. Too much time in them and even your clothes smell like it as well.

Something for everyone. Movies, bowling, fine dining at the Charcoal Room, Mexican, Cafe, Starbucks, pizza, wings, Chinese, burgers, arcade, childcare, gift shop, table games, slots and sports book. Classy but casual. Garage w/valet and lot parking and hotel rooms for your out of town guests. Four minutes on freeway from Centennial Hills.

The theater was a little cold but I could tolerate that especially with the seating being so roomy and the quick service for getting into the theater. Overall a good experience. I'll be going back for sure

Went to the circle bar and had a couple drinks then got dessert at the cafe. Good dessert but they didn't have grasshoppers which me and my lady were craving. They have them at other station cafes though.

Nice casino. Staff could use some work. Husband got locked out of our home and had no wallet, no phone. He came here since I had a meeting here to retrieve the house keys from me and was kicked out into the 112 degree weather because he was in his pajamas. Again, he was locked out our home, WITH NOTHING and he informed them of that. They said I was not in the meeting rooms when I was, even after he explained the situation to the guard. No apologies from the staff when I brought to their attention, just nonchalant answers and no assistance in locating him. Pure discrimination and honestly won't be coming back. This is not how you treat guests. Work on it.

Great place for family entertainment and many different activities. If you have a family and want to go the vegas, this is the best place to be for inexpensive activities and food for all ages. Room amenities are commendable!

A stations casino, went for the local craft fair, upstairs in a nice ballroom. Unfortunately, stations casinos no longer allow a BOGO coupon for Sunday with American casino guide. Super bummer. We would have eaten and then gambled but we just left. It is a far off casino, so we were looking forwards to playing there. Oh well, no discount, no gambling.

We went to Cabo Restaurant last night and what a disappointment. It took quite a while for the waitress to come, water/drinks to come to our table of 6. Quite a bit of time later I asked if dinner was ever going to come, since it really wasn't busy. Shortly there after 5 of the 6 meals arrived, had to ask if the 6th was ever coming. It did about 5-7 minutes later. The drinks were lousy, the chips were lousy and I know 2 of the meals were lousy, (mine & my husbands). I wasn't impressed the first time we went there a while ago with family and I was even less impressed this time with friends. We've been going to the Charcoal Room, The Oyster Bar and Buffet for many years now. But no more Cabo.

This is an older hotel and the rooms are just that, OLD! I feel bad complaining because you get what you pay for. The vents were filled with dust, the tub was so old it just looked dirty, the curtains, linen and carpet was very dark orange and brown in color with a stale smell. Although we had a non- smoking room it casino smoke is circulated in the air through the vents and as a result 2 of 3 of us that shared the room were made very sick. We were there Thurs - Sun and hesitated to switch hotels because we were on the line for payment because of the cancellation policy. On the other had we we rarely in the room, just to sleep. Lastly, we were visiting from places whereas non smoking is strictly enforced (Atlanta, GA & Brooklyn, NY) and it's been a long while since I was in this type of environment. I know they say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas but if you are a person that suffers from asthma or COPD choose somewhere else to vacation.... I'm just saying it took me almost 3 weeks to feel better!

Practically everyone I have met at the Santa Fe has been very nice. The casino can get pretty smoky so the non-smoking areas are very welcome. The rooms are average which is not to say they are bad they are very adequate. Low prices at the buffet and specials at the cafe are great as well.

Paid $455 for 2 nights. Walked in the lobby was nice and so was the staff. Got to the room and the chairs had stains all over there was no mini fridge or microwave. The bathroom was super small. The shower head was loose and the shower head cover was hanging off. The faucet to the tub was super loose and could turn. The window curtains had holes all over from what looked like cigarette burns. Wall paper was coming off the walls and the vents where really dusty and gross. For the price we paid I would have expected a lot more not some wanna be travel lodge from North Las Vegas. Definitely not going back. For $200 more I could have stayed at the Luxor.

I use to go here often I enjoyed it because of the wide variety of games. They had the nicest most helpful staff and they seemed to care now I feel as tho we are all just a number and what i mean by this is if you are not a station platinum president or chairman cardholder then dont even bother asking for anything at all it's sad really money does not make the man I hope they can get back to their roots

Why do you have a bench blocking the walkway between the VIP parking and the casino by the valet? Is it so the valet guys know that anyone approaching the booth know it s a valet car? You are making the elderly walk all the way around. That pathway is a direct line into the casino. Also, the valet guys park cars right at the exit from VIP parking. Cars exiting have to make a wide right turn to go around the car to exit. I ve seen how some of those elders drive, and you are asking for a fender bender. Please - think of your VIP players and stop parking cars in such a way as to cause an inconvenience or a hazard. And take that bench out! No one is going to sit that far away from where the cars are brought up. Thank you for your consideration.

Other than that, the Santa Fe is a wonderful place for locals. We don t play anyplace else. Machines are plentiful and offer a great variety. The wait staff and custodial staff are wonderful. We feel so at home here.

Leticia's is open! It gets a 5 star!

The rest of the casino itself is hit and miss. This is an older casino, and smoking is allowed everywhere. So everything except the movie theater stinks of smoke. The buffet is blah. Stuff you expect to find on a buffet like dry turkey, frozen hamburgers cooked to order, and dry corn on the cob. The highlight was the ice cream. I won't say it's specifically the buffet's fault, but about 12 hours after eating at the Feast buffet I had food poisoning. I didn't eat anything or anywhere else but there that day. If you have a child with you, as in you went to a movie and thought you'd go to the buffet before going home, it is not easy. There is no "safe" spot for a child to walk from one to the other. So, you will have "helpful" employees tell you that you can't be here or there with your kid. This might tick you off when it turns out to be acceptable to come into the dining room to sell keno in front of your kid, but they aren't allowed to walk against the wall 5 feet from slot machines.
