Pretty run down. Very crowded for what's offered for the county fair. Lots of sketchy people too.

easy place to locate. it can be hard to get out from parking from this place. make sure you plan lots of time to sit around from to leave.

Rhe whole place is a little rundown and needs some work

Not as big as I'd expect. Need more participation in other events not just cow, sheep and crafts

Grew up in the neighborhood. Has continued to shrink and go down hill for many years. Bad managment

Not what it used to be in it's prime. Just a bunch of old townies running the place into the ground. It would be a shame to see it go, but maybe the best thing for the townies and their thieving pockets to sell the land and be done with the fair grounds.

Jurassic Quest in San Jose one more day tomorrow Sunday Nov. 18th only! Fantastic exhibition and child friendly interactable robotic dinosaurs! You have to go see this wonderful event! Lots of fun for the whole family. Jumpers, photos with dinosaurs, dinosaur rides, life sized robotic dinosaurs! Puppet show, actors in realitic dinosaur coatumes that will scare your kids and maybe you too!

The County fair is a for sure event I feel as a kid and especially now that I'm an adult , every kid should visit and enjoy the experience that it brings. The memories are unforgettable joy.

Went for dussehra festival. $10 parking fee for an hour was too much. Ran out of food as well. The parking is a 5 min walk from the ground.

Too many people little parking and too few attractions

I had my high school graduation held here and in between going to the fair and the comic book and toy show and the many events during my administration the fairgrounds was a major highlight growing up

It's not that it's a bad place and just seriously need some work.

Parking was a nightmare due to construction in the area. Otherwise we went for a reptile exhibit and enjoyed ourselves.

Parking for events is across from the fairgrounds. Enter on Tully side. Parking lot is also not in the best shape. Lots of loose gravel and potholes.

The venue has big space but they needed more advertising for the events

Very large ground and attained Diwali deshara damakha it was nice fun. But the parking was expensive

The SCC Fairgrounds holds a special place in my heart. Many childhood memories with family and friends. So glad that I m able to bring my kids to this yearly event. This year my daughter is entering her artwork!!

I especially love the community exhibits, artwork, performances and animals. The outdoor music shows and rides give it such a fun summer vibe. And the variety of food is oh so wonderful- creamed corn, steak sandwiches, funnel cakes, cinnamon rolls...Yum! Cleanliness and availability of public restrooms is a key factor to me and they are doing a good job with this. I hope it continues to grow in popularity and support while keeping it safe for all to enjoy

Nice place to walk around and stay cool when you've been in the sun on the beach a little too long. Fun arcade games and shops to explore.

I like Santa Clara county fair grounds they have lots of things going on there.

Went here for the first time to the South Bay VegFair. It was awesome. There's a lot of shade and the bathrooms are clean with a lot of stalls. Lots of benches to sit. If the crowd was bigger it might've been harder to find a spot to sit but the crowd was light enough to be able to move around and find good spots to hang out. Nice lawn and trees cool the area down nicely.

parking should be more organized. No lights and parking roads are full of path holes.

Got our Covid shots. In and out relatively quickly. Very professional staff.

Great flea market after 4pm till 10pm . Lots of food too .

It's the classic county fair grounds from the 1950s,but really needs some maintenance and attention to return the sparkle

A place for community functions.. Indian Independence Day , Bengali Durga Pooja .

A big ground, lot of events, paid parking space but you can still find cheaper/free parking nearby area if you're willing to walk for 10 mins.

What a waste of property and public money. Barely used, just sitting there wasting away. The people running it should be terminated.

Good location for the event, but needs some updating and repairs.

We went to see Train Show. The parking was confusing as there was no sign pointing to Train Show parking lot. We got there early so the parking lot looked empty/closed. Figured it out though. The model railroad setups were nice with some of them having push button controls for kids to control small details. At least half the floor was shops selling pricey trains and landscapes and figures. Looked like good stuff for the otaku crowd. Too fancy for nubes. Outside was a bounce house and ride on train ride (must buy tickets).

Tickets were $10 for adults and kids free. A search will find a $1 off coupon code. Parking was $10.

Cirque Du Soleil was Awesome! $20 to park on crumbling asphalt.

Not bad for the first annual. See you all next year

Loved the event, security was on point, and decent facilities.

This fair sucks I'm never coming back again, this used to be the best fair , now it should be free it's that small

Good memories if you're from San Jose but a little run down

I always feel like I worked too hard for the entertainment I have gotten here. For instance the parking never seems convenient, so I walk farther than I thought I would.

Small fair, not much to do. Don't waste your money
