I need today's opd update for my father but no-one attending call..calling30 times to the provided no. ,Now what to do

Bad exeperience, very bad hospital for neurology. Unexperienced, new doctors and students do practical with people. Result comes of Death. so please avoid from this hospital..

Hospital is very neat and clean. Fully air conditioned. Surrounding is also very neat and clean. Greenary all over the hospital.

Best medical facilities best doctors but Junior Dr are very rude

All staff are good only late issue of Dr. RK sharma come to hospital but he saved my father life thanks sir

Admission is very difficult here, it is a referral hospital so take a doctor's reference that patients have to be admitted and treated at SGPGI because local Medicos can not able to treat his disease. Before bringing the referred patient, a timer should come here and register and meet with the concerned doctor to show all the reports so that there is no problem in bringing the patient.

IN THIS only referred patients are treated as you know better then me if you took a treatment from SGPGIMS LUCKNOW

Treatment is very late, planning of treatment by the doctor is not confirm,not make any council with patient attender.

The hospital has it all. The campus is clean, green and haven for local wildlife.

Worst hospital in Lucknow doctors who can't operate still don't leave there case due to which my mom died they didn't admit her which make her condition worse they done unsuccessful breast cancer operation

Very bad experience.. lots of Time taking.. hospital staffs are very rude. Specially ophthalmology department.. Mahesh Kumar .. perimetery department doesn t know how to talk to the patient...

Emergency services are good but OPD service is not good.Too much crowd and time lasting.

Quality service from doctors and staff. Well equipped and multi specialty hospital. Patients come from UP, Jharkhand, Bihar and near by States.

It is indeed a man made wonder, a divine gift to mankind, especially the people of Uttar Pradesh. However,it's existing resources appear to be much less than the requirement on ground. Crying scarcity of beds, stretchers, wheel chairs and perhaps man power does not appear to have ever molten the hearts of the bureaucrats and politicians who often loot and squander billions of tax payers' money. No Mandir, Maszid,Gurdwra or Church,available in U.P. in abundance, seems to have changed the sad status quo.

Hospital infrastructure is Great, Services are too Great, Need to make admission process more apparent...

The staff of this hospital are the worst and trust me when I say this because I've had my fair share of experience around hospitals. Don't come here until and unless as a last resort.

There is a Doctor named as #Yashveersingh#in SGPGI,Lucknow in Neuro Dept under Senior Dr.Sanjay Behari Lal who is the most notorious doctor in that Dept.He doesn't know how to talk,always yells and shouts in the corridors where patients are kept.Aways shows unethical,annoyingand disrespectful behaviour in front of staff,patients and outsiders even he doesn't have the manner how to talk to females.If you want to avoid him then also he has to poke his nose in between.
I don't think he should be a Doctor because the basic ethics which a Doctor should have,he is devoid of.
Please take necessary action against him because really the situation is very difficult,sad and grim.

My experience is doctors are good but the faculty of ,Sister behaviour is extremely bad so,I quit

There is quite a crowd but it is worth it to get best treatment.

Doctors of gastroenterology is the worst doctors in the india.doctors will not care even patient's condition is very critical. There are very careless behaviour of all the nurse and staff. They don't treat patient like human. Doctors and staff are only playing with patient's life. They only doing research on the patient due to which i have lost my father on 9th january 2020. He was suffering from liver cirrhosis, when his situation was very critical. He was shouting with pain whole day. My mother and brother was call doctors and nurse for help. Doctor was even not touch my father and said he will dead soon. What rubbish?? We are come for treatment with hope, not for listen this things. They was totally ignore, at last at night 9.20 pm my father was died. I have lost my father due to ignorance of doctors and staff. Shameless.
God will never forgive them.

Can be reached easily from most parts of North India.Beautiful Green Campus.It is mostly clean but hospitals tend to give me a dull feeling.But its one of the super speciality hospitals in India where people from all parts of country are treated by the best skilled doctors.The hospital is equipped with latest devices and machinery.Doctors are highly skilled but like most institutes in India connections are needed to get your work done in time..if you know what i mean.

Some department's doctor are irresponsible related to their duties of seeing patients...they didn't sit on time....

Very poor at diagnostics, they took 3 years, i wasted 3-4 Lacs of rupees, still failed to make diagnosis of cirrhosis of liver...I m very depressed

This is the New OPD of PGI lucknow,here only check up of patients is allowed by doctors . All the surgeries are performed in Old OPD.

Best medical facilities offer here.... It's is a super speciality medical college

Very famous for serious diseases like Cancer, Neurology, Pulmonary, Organ Transplant etc. The administration is not supportive and the staff is not available most of the time. The hospital is neat and clean from inside. The problem with the hospital is that no beds are available for the normal patients unless you don't' have enough "links".

This college set a high parameters of medical treatment in no cost.
I think that this college is no more need to introduce.
Here people comes from across India,world for world class treatment.
It is a dream college for medical pg aspirants.
Here doc are very high quality, good staff , neat and clean environment

this is one of the best hospital in UP, only KGMU comes closer to this one, but here you need referral.

I Spend 15 days in the hospital premises with keen observations

1. From Doctors perspective ( Who want to join as a student)

It's perfect place & rated 5 Star- Reasons. Numberless serious patients to evaluate study learn with world class facilities inside & probably best in class brains from academics perspectives. Go for this

2. From the patient POV

a) Condition of patients critical + You are a VVIP or VIP with solid backing to influence hospital practices get your patient here, fair chances he will get better.

b) Condition of patient critical + Average citizen ->

*->He will be given recommended treatment but patient has high chances of loosing life due to lack of nursing care of paramedical staff and don't care attitude of junior/duty doctors & they lag skills as well.

*->ICUs hygiene is questionable.
*-> 0 accountability of staff against death or worsening condition of patient. There is no will to save life of patient in this hospital. Sr consultants make a short visit ( some times as short as few seconds) and follow standard well documented treatment plan for 1 most critical issue based on the department they head. If the patients is critical it's obvious he will develop multiple condition which are not well taken care unless they worsen and symptoms are highly significant. high headed Consultants feel to engage cross department Sr consultant and save the patient on urgent basis, instead they ask subordinate to send consultation requisition ( & there is a process in place rather very slow process) that department sends someone having zero idea about the patient and he might be even PG student. This is the big risk to someones life.

If you can afford any other place and patient is critical please do not go to PGI for above reasons. Paramedical staff & inexperienced duty doctors are real culprit, these guys are careless/frustrated due to rush/lack in skills to treat & finally don't care if patient dies.
Nursing staff keeps shouting & they are confused while giving medicine, they don;t give medicine to patient but they ask relative to give and sign the paper and move on. Sometimes dosage are missed and sometimes it's given twice. Shame on this attitude. All nursing staff on payroll must be fired and they should outsource to private nursing agencies with strict performance oriented service approach. Mortality rate will decrease & Place will change.

A wonderful facility with great vision of Mrs Gandhi, heavily paid staff decent subsidy to public & excellent renowned Sr consultants, this place would have been world class for patients if they bring accountability for each death.
This place seems victim of it's own success. Crowd is more but this can not be accounted as a reason for carelessness/frustration/poor coordination across departments etc. Hope things change with time....God bless

Great hospital with friendly staff. The nurses and doctors are sincere and helpful. Almost all kinds of treatment available here. Integrated pathology, scanning and trauma centres. Intensive care department is really nice and well coordinated. Doctors take time with the patients, never do they rush with the patients and are really helpful and friendly.

One thing I would say is that the hospital faces more patients that the doctors can handle. There's this huge rush and it is really hard and tiring to get an appointment. Long queues everywhere and the time for a single visit is obnoxious. You could wait a for a day and still return without meeting the doctor.

Otherwise a very nice hospital. They even have transplant centers with good success rates. Huge hospital !

Definitely one of the best without any doubt. Doctors are very competent and the hospital is also very systematically managed. The hospital is so big that you will definitely get confused where to go. So, the hospital is divided into different blocks like A, B, C, D, E, F etc. for the convenience. Advance department like nuclear medicine is also there. But there is lot of rush here as it caters the crowd from near by states.

One of the most unorganized hospital I have ever seen. I would say avoid. There are other better hospitals in the country.
