I have been hospitalized for serious medical reasons.

No one is responding on telephonic calls (enquiry section)
Pathetic experience.
At least they should respond, You should think of the people who are living far away.
(Trying to call (from Nagpur, Maharashtra)but no one is answering. God knows how do Lucknow people manage)

Best medical treatment available in pgi..very organized

Highly crowded and time taking place... Never visit in emergency otherwise high possibility that paciente die even before you finsh their formalities... Top of it you can't even get admission without source

One of the worst hospital I have ever visited. Dr. R K Singh of Gastroenterology have no human face.
Basic problem in this renowned institute is much focus on secondary things rather than its patients. If you are new 'they will kill you better to go other destination if you are capable.

Very clean, air-cooled,hygienic,with maximum equipments,but too much load,in icu ,the numbers if bed is only,it should be increased.other facilities are nice, better for food cafeteria,on proper price,and ac bed on paying only 70 rs.

My newborn baby was treated very well, in SGPGI you have to reach the time if you want treatment for any disease, then hurry up, do not delay because there are lots of people in casual services. But here it takes time. You can be healthy, do not loot here, get the right advice. I will be engaged in line, do not fear, number will come, patience can only make you healthy. It is very good for the newborn Mr. convenience of treatment you can go straight into neonatal If the point of operation so newborn / Pediatric Surgery Dept. for Children Dr. Ankur Mandelia ji's OPD. In these treatments of any type of diseases, these experts are very simple and large surgeons but by applying the numbers in the OPD, you will get the right advice. I took help from this PLATEFORM when I first Pgi Gaya I first came to know that everywhere Poonchha then submitted his REFER form in the opener of Maternity leave, he gave birth to the child from Dr. Ankur Mandelia Ji's OPD. I followed the procedure in the OPD of Dr. Ankur Mandelia ji The child showed that my child had two operations when he was 40 days and 4.5 months old now he is absolutely fine ... It has all the latest facilities, doctors are also good only thing is you get no. and tackle with crowd.

I wanted to book an appointment for my dad to a neurologist but concern person says that they can not book appointment online or with a telephonic conversation and that too I have to come with referral letter from any doctor. And when i mentioned my brother is HOD of gastrology department then they immediately says that you can come at time but why do we need a referral proposal for treatment. What if i have to come for first consultation and I want to get treated their, and if you have this type of service then this is ridiculous because if you are a doctor then you have treat your patient. It does not meant u should have this type of process. And I am also ophthalmologist and I treat my patients as they need not as my hospital protocol. Revert me back as soon as possible.
