Our experience giving birth in this hospital has been excellent (April 2018)
1. My wife does not speak much Spanish and yet the entire team made an effort to communicate with her in English (at a very good level).
2. The midwives and gynecologists listened and attended to our requests at all times, even despite being very busy with other deliveries ... ours lasted almost 18 hours (our girl did not make it easy for us ...)
3. Special mention to Dr. Salado who did a wonderful job to make everything perfect during delivery. She made a great effort so that there was no assisted delivery and to be able to remove my girl without any instrument (she did not finish going down completely and we will always remember it!)
4. The nurses were kind and attentive at all times during our stay (except in some cases ...) anyway, in a hospital with so many professionals, it would not be fair to highlight a single negative episode with someone in particular, when all others gave 100% for us and our baby.
5. It is true that the rooms are a bit noisy and could improve in that regard, taking care of small details ... however, we are talking about a hospital (and not a hotel) so it is normal during peak working hours. .
In general, we feel very grateful to the entire gynecology, pediatrics, nursing, administration, etc. team. for a very good treatment and magnificent work. Thank you very much!
