My newly cleaned AC is so quiet compared before. I can feel the difference.

The worst AC maintenance company I have dealt with in the UAE and probably in the world. First, they will tell you we offer a free initial inspection of everything related to your ACs ...then they say we won t inspect your condensers for free and AC cleaning does not include cleaning the condensers. We offer free initial inspection but only of the AC units inside and the ducts. If you want us to check the condensers to resolve a cooling issue, you have to pay extra. We will charge you about 5000 to 6000 AED plus vat for cleaning your AC ducts but we won t clean your condensers or check for refrigerant. If it s a cooling issue, you have to make another appointment. The first thing I told the receptionist and Shanoop on the phone regarding my issues with my ACs is that I have a COOLING ISSUE, my ACs are NOT COOLING WELL and they need servicing. I even have the WhatsApp messages to prove it. I even asked him to check for the condensers on same appointment day and I will pay the inspection fee and he initially agreed to it but when he arrived with his team member to do the inspection, he refused to and told me I didn t understand him and that he was very clear from the beginning. Actually, Shanoop, YOU DID NOT UNDERSTAND ME AND I WAS VERY CLEAR ABOUT MY ISSUE. AWFUL COMPANY. The worst part is when they arrived today to inspect the ACs and condensers, as agreed on, Shanoop refused to inspect the condensers and insisted I make another appointment for it...even though they were right here in my house and all they had to do was THEIR JOB. ZERO LOGIC AND ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

All praises for the team who came to the rescue! My family and i used to have severe allergies all the while i thought it was because of something else..great thing i considered giving our ac a much needed cleaning.so happy with turnout

I was at work during the time of the service but my maid sent me pictures and when I came home around 6pm the team service was done and my entire home was spotlessly clean. The A/C is working perfectly well and looks as good as new and there's even a fresh smell. Excellent job! will recommend you to my friends.

This is my 3rd experience and as always a gold medal worthy one. This is by far the best service I have ever experienced from any company. From A-Z top notch. I can only recommend it.

Saniservice did a great job cleaning and disinfecting our AC unit and i am very satisfied with the job they did. But what really struck me was how organized and careful they were in, protecting and covering each and every furniture we have. You can tell that these guys were trained with care and precision. This type of service is a first in Dubai as far as I am concerned.
