Every visit has been comfortable and relaxing every trip here for the last several years. My latest trip about a month ago was awesome! It s a beautiful villa with style and contemporary amenities. Everything was clean, a/c was excellent in rooms, cable and WiFi was fine. Staff bent over backwards to assist, and chefs meals were delicious. Fresh fruits are abundant on site. It s a perfect getaway, calm and therapeutic, and I can t get back soon enough! This is my favorite spot in MoBay. I ll be back soon!
1. No WIFI it hasn't been available for months per staff 2. Bugs in sugar 3. Rude staff 4. Pool dirty 5. Low water pressure 6. Occasionally get hot water for showers 7. Rooms dirty 8. Roaches in rooms 9. Hot tub is dirty, disgusting standing water 10. No gym 11. No Kitchenette in room 12. Broken iron shared with the other guests 13. Limited wash rags 14. Meals are a joke. Forgot to make us breakfast. 15. Lost electricity for 8 hours- no communication from anyone. 16. Random screeching sound at night unable to sleep. Again no communication. Poor management. Takes responsibility for NOTHING! Please review cancellation policy. Keep in mind no refunds, no apologies, no service. Patrick the chef did his best to make things a little tolerable.
