The worst AC maintenance company I have dealt with in the UAE and probably in the world. First, they will tell you we offer a free initial inspection of everything related to your ACs ...then they say we won t inspect your condensers for free and AC cleaning does not include cleaning the condensers. We offer free initial inspection but only of the AC units inside and the ducts. If you want us to check the condensers to resolve a cooling issue, you have to pay extra. We will charge you about 5000 to 6000 AED plus vat for cleaning your AC ducts but we won t clean your condensers or check for refrigerant. If it s a cooling issue, you have to make another appointment. The first thing I told the receptionist and Shanoop on the phone regarding my issues with my ACs is that I have a COOLING ISSUE, my ACs are NOT COOLING WELL and they need servicing. I even have the WhatsApp messages to prove it. I even asked him to check for the condensers on same appointment day and I will pay the inspection fee and he initially agreed to it but when he arrived with his team member to do the inspection, he refused to and told me I didn t understand him and that he was very clear from the beginning. Actually, Shanoop, YOU DID NOT UNDERSTAND ME AND I WAS VERY CLEAR ABOUT MY ISSUE. AWFUL COMPANY. The worst part is when they arrived today to inspect the ACs and condensers, as agreed on, Shanoop refused to inspect the condensers and insisted I make another appointment for it...even though they were right here in my house and all they had to do was THEIR JOB. ZERO LOGIC AND ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
