Love this hotel. One of our favorites in Myrtle beach. Very clean! Nice pools and hot tubs and not too far from everything. Walking distance which is nice!!! Highly recommend

Hands down our favorite resort to stay at in MB. Super friendly staff, clean rooms (of course) wonderful pools, hot tubs and lazy river. We return every year for a reason.... It's just the best.

Overall the customer service has been fine but when we went to go check in the woman at the counter was very rude. She wouldn t make any eye contact and was short on anything we ask her. I felt like she had to go out of her way to help us when it s her job. The room is decent and clean. The bed was awful and as soon as you sat on it you sank to the box spring. We tried going to the pool multiple days but they were so packed it was impossible. I understand that their are a lot of people that are staying here but I can t count the number of people who we saw just walk in from the beach or the side parking lot that weren t even staying here just walk through the gate. One of which busted a bottle of wine on the ground and just swept all their trash and whatever they could clean up off in the dunes. The resort gives us wrist bands to wear for the pool. Why aren t they being enforced. Not to mention the gentleman down at the pool now with a glass of wine. We paid almost a grand to stay here and it s not worth it. If I m going to pay this type of money I want to be able to use the amenities that we paid for instead of it being taken away by freeloaders that the resort isn t monitoring.

The rooms were great overlooking the beach. Getting supplies for the room was easy. There were plenty of restaurants nearby but the room also has a kitchen.

It was very nice. Great rooms overlooking the ocean. Beautiful. Would definitely go back.

My family booked the week here. Rooms was nice just needed to be updated. We loved the view. Heated pools was a great plus since we came in cooler months. Only half of the jets in the hot tub worked all week. Overall not bad just all needed updating. The thing I felt is killing their business is the staff. All was very very rude. Don t seem to like their jobs or people.

I called weeks and days in advance to make sure I was placed on a high floor when I checked in. When I arrived we were placed on the second floor right above the pool. That is my only complaint! The stay overall was amazing. The rooms were spacious and cleans. The cleaning staff were very attentive and kind!

4 star experience in 2019. In 2021 probably around 3 stars only because hasn't gotten back the way it used to be because of Covid. Still had a good time because was with family.

Better than some chain hotels but not a 3 star sorry

I love this place! The room, the view! Staff is extremely helpful. The parking is across the street but huge. We got a room with a kitchen and a living room. The tub is like a mini hot tub. Nice! If you want a place close to everything and the beach, come here!
