Been buying tires and rims from Premier Wheels Direct for over 20 years. They can be pretty busy during the seasonal rush, but the prices are worth the wait.
Went in for a simple service today (tires balanced) and everybody was following COVID protocols, they even had me drive my car into the service bay. Happy to be able to support my local tire shop! Highly recommend.
I had purchased 4 winter tired last Oct told them I'll be back to get new rims n new sets of tires for the summer. I came back last monday, seems like no interest in client service told I can't seat and needed stand up to look the the rims on the monitor. Just a bad service over all..I took my business somewhere else.. Tire Boss very helpful there..just being honest..
Wheels Direct has always been the place to go for wheels and tires!! I have been coming here for years ever since I had my first car 8 years ago and in past few years I dealt with Ben who I've seen at car shows and meets!! Great guy and great service. I received amazing service from Ben and his team when purchasing winter times and rims. Was able to complete most of the transaction over the phone and just went in for the appointment for installation. Everything was organized to keep things so simple. Highly recommend this place!
I was in an emergency situation and when every other location was closed on a Saturday by 2pm. This location stays open the latest until 4 or 5 PM. The staff was courteous and they gave me options to dealing with my problem. The prices are reasonable and the rims are gorgeous. But if you have any situation with your car dealing with tires in any way I would say to go to this location.
These guys really know their product and provide great service at a fair price. While I was there for the first time I noticed many return customers (suggesting to me that they had built loyalty with these folks). The only customer I saw who didn't seem to be happy was a person who seemed to want to get special treatment and the guys wouldn't budge. I kinda liked that. They treated her fairly and didn't play favourites. They took their time with me despite being busy and had great advice, not to mention more choices for rims for my truck than anywhere else I could find.
Ben was awesome. He knows his cars. One look at my car and he showed me the perfect rims for my car without breaking the bank. Highly recommend wheels direct if you want things done on time with above and beyond customer service.

Visited there today to repair a tire that was leaking. My appointment was on time and all covid precautions were exercised. The staff there were very nice, I did not get their names but two gentlemen explained everything to me clearly and worked quickly and efficiently. 10/10 would recommend and revisit !
I needed both off road rims and new tire set immediately. When I stepped into the store. No one asked what do I need. Found better choice and more options through online.
