Sandicliffe Ford, Nottingham Review

Only gave 1 star so i could continue this review. your customer services are disgusting, as a user of ford vehicles i am totally appalled by the response from Ford Sandicliffe Nottingham, i rang them 3 times yesterday 11/01/2024, each time explaining to Parts what i needed, and each time told that someone would call me back, no one has yet, i rang about 14.10 pm today and was told that they are busy. They then said i would be priority, yet still waiting for call back, i was asked if i was Trade or Private customer, obviously it seems to make a difference to whether you get a call back or not, and/or how much i would be spending.

Second time I have used these for a service and in all honestly they have no clue.


Worse thing is they do not even know themselves what the van suppose to be in for until I got there.

I have been with Sandicliffe for 40 years, & I always have Ford cars, as I'm disabled I get cars every three years.

Had too take car in for service nice polite staff and friendly great well done

AFTER CARE IS APPAULING
I waited an hour to be served by the parts department, only to be sold the wrong part and then told to come back tomorrow as the head of Tech had shut his computer down for the day.
OVER PRICED, LONG DELAYS AND FULL OF MISTAKES - Didnt even get an apology...

Good covid-19 precautions in place, though due to restrictions the atmosphere was lacking, no one around. Also my daughter was told when she bought a car a few months ago, that if she recommended someone to buy from there she would get More

Very polite person, didn't introduce himself, but didn't seem he was going to be helpful. My husband and I were thinking of getting a new car, but didn't like what were on show. We left there and decided to try, the same company but near Nottingham. We did find a car that would have suited us but unfortunately, was not in our price range. We shall keep looking, but perhaps wait until we see a new car we like, and the right price.

Series of appalling visits and incompetence.
They never call back. The covid adjustments make the building non disabled friendly.
Whenever I've spoken to any agent on the phone (usually after I've had to complain to get a response) they're very condescending as though they are doing you a favour by doing their job.
It has put me off ever owning a Ford ever again
