Series of appalling visits and incompetence.

Series of appalling visits and incompetence.
They never call back. The covid adjustments make the building non disabled friendly.
Whenever I've spoken to any agent on the phone (usually after I've had to complain to get a response) they're very condescending as though they are doing you a favour by doing their job.
It has put me off ever owning a Ford ever again
