I have been a customer of S&D for over 15 years. They lost my business permanently today. The lady answering the phone clearly hates her job. Each time I've called to schedule a system startup or shutdown she has no interest in being helpful. I called today for a system shutdown and they said they couldn't get to us for a minimum of two weeks. I called a competitor and they are stopping by today to shut the system down.

The more experienced technicians at S&D have always been good. But I am no longer going to do business with a company that continues to put a rude person as the initial contact of their customer service.
