Used to be the perfect place to go, lately they are understaffed and overbooked... Never on time and then you feel like the services are rushed so they can catch up.

My past FEW appointments have been late. My last appointment I needed to change, which I had booked 3 weeks in advance, when I called, I was put on hold for over 8 minutes, I requested to moved it two days so I could come with my daughter, we arrived 10 minutes early, and didn't get waited on till 20 minutes past our appointments. Then the tech was rushing and seemed to think that I had just called that morning to make the appointment and that's why we were seen so late. My toes looked like my granddaughter painted them, the nail polish was on the nail and my toes... Worst mini Pedi I have ever received there...
