Can't recommend their workshop in Germany at all.!
They run out of their responsibilities and can't make Audi.
We have had brakes changed on a sq5, which after 2000km jumps when you brake.! Then they offer and switch to new ones with 1000kr off. Because it's our fault because of the hard brakes
The worst experience and they relinquish all responsibility and are rude. In addition, you cannot contact them.

Yes if 10 * could be given then they got it, super good place to get serviced their car as well as buy used car.

Have now for a long time struggled with a workshop that will not repair leaks in the exhaust system that I have been advertising about since we bought the car. Sand Jensen cannot find the leak and will not help further. Now the car has been to the next service at BMW in Herning, which contacts me that they can visually see it is leaking in the exhaust system, I turn to Sand Jensen. Will they help, no now the car has driven several miles since they had looked at it, yes what do you think, did not buy the car for it to stand still. And they call themselves a serious workshop, it is junk and untrustworthy workshop they have.

Truly an experience. We had agreed to come see a Tuareg W12 wholesale sale. (I am aware that there is no guarantee etc). I am informed on the phone that the car must have replaced a throttle but besides it drive impeccably.

I therefore take the long and expensive trip from KBH to Jutland with the idea that I need to pick up a "nice" and well-run car, with some defects where the biggest would be the gas pile.

When I arrive it's like getting a fist in my head. The car has apparently hit a car guard or other car as it has deep scratches to the right. It has corroded rust in the tailgate, a matt headlight, a key scratch (all the way into the metal) v. The front door. 2 strokes in the pane. all the rims are completely broken and the right front wheel is bubbled up and broken. The sales advertisement contained panoramic sunroofs, but it must be said to be a massive exaggeration as there was only a small sunroof. Of course, these are most cosmetic mistakes.

Why 1 star ... In addition to the seller totally caring about our vain trip, he also had a thick grease when it was going to be sold. It is simply too bad that you do not - knowing I come from kbh - inform me that I must be prepared for it is cosmetically challenged ... instead he radiated "now they have come all the way so they buy it enough" when we reviewed it. Even nicer was he to ask if we should not hurry to find something else when it - and I quote, "Only one call and the car is sold anyway". here I mean to have been fooled, and even more ridiculed upon arrival.

When he couldn't - after several attempts - put something else on us, he chose to turn around and make the quick remark that he would call us if he fell over something cheap again.

This comment should NOT be directed to the dealer itself. This is solely our experience with this individual seller. I prefer not to disclose his name, as I think it must be an internal thing afterwards.

Buy the car before you test drive it, and no idea if you can get rid of the car again if it does not fall into your gut ...
Good staff but overly arrogant / snobbish business ... they won't get my money, so I can drive a little longer for it otherwise.

Unfortunately, the workshop lacks Audi competence and this can prove to be an expensive pleasure for the customer.

Got back in 2015 replaced a defective fuel gauge in my Audi A6 at Sand Jensen.

Shortly after I got the suspicion that it showed too much when the tank was about to be empty and presented the problem to the foreman at Sand Jensen. I presented him with my concrete observations and asked if they might have calibrated something wrong.

The answer from the foreman was that everything was as it should be and that it was not at all possible to calibrate such a meter or otherwise make other errors during installation.

Shortly afterwards, the car runs out of diesel late one evening. I get diesel poured on and after a number of attempts the car starts again and I can drive it back to Sand Jensen again the next day.

It turns out that the mechanic had mounted the meter incorrectly and subsequently miscalibrated the computer to compensate for it. Exactly what the foreman claimed was totally impossible.

I get the car made and a nice apology and then one could hope that the case stopped here. It just does not.

What I did not know was that there is a very high probability of damaging the engine if it runs out of diesel and you subsequently just pour diesel on and start it in the normal way. The diesel oil lubricates i.a. the fuel pump which wears violently if there is a lack of diesel.

Unfortunately for me, the diesel pump in my Audi only broke down after 50,000 km and more than 2 years after Sand Jensen had clocked it.

I now have a big bill, which Sand Jensen thinks I have to pay myself as it is more than 2 years since Sand Jensen's workshop caused the damage.
